No pop up for me.. but I just closed the old 4.1% saver with £1 in it (only had one saver). then 'add'/saver/nick named.. voila! 5.1%

Did you close it in the App, could you tell me how ? I couldn't see the option

Try the 'ADD' button first... If no: Tap on savings/saver. the three dots top right/close.. or three dots beside it/ go to account/3dots top right/close ac.

There was a small section for the 'boost' saver on the home page and is also on the 'spend and save' 'Save & Invest' tab (didn't have to reload/update).

Going to keep my 5.1% Secure Trust saver open as a back-up.

The Chase one certainly ticks the box for immediate transfers.

Thanks, that works for me - but only if I tried to open the account as soon as I re-opened the app. The first time, I made the "mistake" of clicking on a "find out more" button, and it promptly told me I was no longer eligible. Do another forced stop, re-open the app, go straight to the "open" button, and it worked. Technology, eh? It's not only customers that don't understand it, it's the developers too...

Tap on savings/saver. the three dots top right/close.. or three dots beside it/ go to account/3dots top right/close ac.

Or just try the 'ADD' button?

Didnt work for me, closed old saver and reopened but its still 4.1%
