Yep, same.sausage_time said:Just "upcycled" my Saver - closed my 4th November one, and opened a 16th January one. I was going to leave it until closer to November in case a longer extension came along.
Was also a bit apprehensive closing the account as it's currently my main/highest easy access saver, but it worked fine.
Less than 2 days to get sorted if you are in a similar position....3 -
were you able to do that all on the app or did you have to do via chat ?sausage_time said:Just "upcycled" my Saver - closed my 4th November one, and opened a 16th January one. I was going to leave it until closer to November in case a longer extension came along.0 -
Hi, Chase telling me I cant 'upgrade' my existing boosted account from the November to the Jan timeline as I have an existing boosted account.....not quite the impression I got from the article, but I may have misinterpreted itMSE_Gavin said:Hi folks!

Did it all on the app. Took a couple of minutes. Had to close original saver, balance plus interest moved to current account, new saver opened, balance plus interest moved back. New account number noted (same sort code).Mr_blibby said:

Did mine 5 minutes ago. I was a bit hesitant but it worked as others have said. Usefully all the payees remained though SOs cancelled which made it easy to set them up againMr_blibby said:

Closed my November saver this morning but won't give me an option to open a new January 5.1 saver.
Transferred money out of Chase to get my balance below 50k but still not able to get a new offer.0
