Assume you went to a Hungry Horse restaurant @bubbs?  That's what I always have when I go but I usually have a jacket and corn on the cob although sometimes I go for corn on the cob and salad - depends how hungry I am!

@joedenise hopefully you have found a suitable car, or at least narrowed down the makes and models which would be suitable
@Mrbowie sounds like a great weekend, the Italian meal would appeal to me too.

Raining now, but fine morning was out early doors for bloods in prep for my yearly MOT. I have lost 1.1/2 ins since my prime, BP, pulse and weight all great as far as NHS concerned, BMI healthy at 21, so why do I have so much bulk around my waist and tum - rhetorical question!  seems like Keto and/or Gym are my options there.

Anyhows I bitten the bullet later and been to meeting, missed 3 while away or travelling, got new magazine and was good to  catch up with a few people right at top of range, so didn't have to pay.

If you can't see any fat in the mince , it's probably less than 5% so syn free @Mrbowie. 😊

You sorted the car out rapidly @joedenise, hope you and Joe are both OK after the accident.

Good idea to have a meal after your visit to the crematorium @bubbs. It helps to remember good times. 🤗

I'm hoping my surgery scales are calibrated the same as SW @Matron_Midge. Sorry yours didn't give better news. ☹️

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F)
L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (S)
    D- chilli (P, S), rice (F), cottage cheese (P)
    Syns - 0

That's good news about not paying @maddiemay so that means you're still in target range! And after a holiday! Well done! 👏👏👏

Meant to ask how you make your fishcakes @joedenise. 🤔 We really like them but the only low syn ones I know are Morrison's and the store is miles away on the edge of the forest.

Well done Maddiemay for staying within target!

And congrats on the car Denise. Glad you're both OK.

Quiet day for me today. Will have a fairly healthy one then off to N Iron tomorrow for lots of yummy food. Will get back to it next week.

Have a good few days all if I don't pop in.
