At least you know you haven't gained @joedenise so you're going in the right direction. 🤞for Wednesday. And good luck to you @maddiemay. It'll be amazing if you are still in target after a holiday.

I called into the surgery this morning to check my weight. It's STS from 10 days ago so hopefully, if scales are close to SW ones, I should be OK on Thursday. I do hope so as we plan to go out for the day on Friday and it would help not to have to search for SW friendly food.

Hope you're lucky with the Frylight @Jellybaby as not sure if the offers are national or how long they last. In my store, it was just butter and rapeseed at 99p. Olive oil was still normal price.

Those noodles sound interesting @Matron_Midge, strange name! 🤣

We've been out this morning looking at ovens for the new kitchen. I think it was @bubbs who was asking, it's going to be at least a couple of months more before it's done. We need to choose appliances now so that the right level of power is wired in. Raining as usual ☹️but I think the rest of the week is a bit better. 🤞

We're having salmon tonight. It's the first time since DH was taken ill as I've been avoiding fat. BUT he confessed yesterday that he'd ordered a side of chips when he was out with his mate and eaten a muffin when I was out on Saturday night. Fortunately, no I'll effects so he should be fine with salmon.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), green stuff, roast cauliflower, tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
    Syns - 0

Good afternoon all, just began raining here. Busy morning -out 09:30 for 10;00 slot for dawg at exercise field, happy that it stayed dry.  It is out in the Herefordshire countryside and nearest place for a loo and coffee is NT Croft Castle, stayed for breakfast/brunch, all grilled and lovely, sausage to be Synned thats all, plus a coffee.

Quick shop at Morries in nearest town for 2 of their 3 for £10.00 fish all for our freezer, they have a huge variety of garden plants at great prices and all kept watered and looked after, 3 slipped into my trolley!

Meal later will be tinned sardines or Mackerel with salad.
@maman I hope that your OH is O.K. with the Salmon.
@joedenise fingers crossed for the extra loss for Wednesday.

Enjoy the salmon @maman; good that DH's chips and muffin didn't cause him any ill effects so at least you can now  put salmon back on the menu again.

Morning all, it's lovely and bright this morning - can't believe it after last night's rain!  We've still got a yellow weather warning for another couple of hours but hopefully no more of the really heavy rain!  It was so bad we couldn't actually get anything on the TV in the living room (uses a sky dish through a Humax box) so ended up watching in bed for a while (we were in the middle of watching something otherwise wouldn't have bothered!).

Need to go shopping today and also look for a car.  We had an accident last weekend and the insurance company have written it off as uneconomic to repair.  DH got a phone call last night to tell him how much they were prepared to pay which was more than DH thought it would be but still pushed for a bit more which they met him half way with!  Have seen something on a fairly local dealer's website which looks like it might be big enough - needs to have a big enough boot for his golf stuff and also big enough to hold 4 suitcases for when we go on holiday with DD1 and her partner in September!

    Today's plan:

    B - cheese on toast
L - smoked haddock and spring onion fishcakes, chips, beans (assuming I can get some smoked haddock as wasn't able to get any when I looked at the weekend!)
D - beef paprikash, mash, veg (PON recipe)

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
Syns - for recipe:  25g flour; Tbs sour cream 6 so 3 syns each; lolly 6

    Have a good day everyone.

Good morning everyone, im back and back on it today. Had a lovely weekend in Leeds, had a slice if pizza on the market, 1/2 cider 😋 then another 1/2 cider later as we saw one that I'd loved when in Edinburgh in June.
We went for an Italian at night and had a sharing board with meat bread and cheese, then I had spinach ravioli with a cheesy buttry sauce and a bottle of morreti.
Bacon butty Sunday then headed home. Walked around 30k steps and only gained 1.5lb.
    So happy with that.
    I'm back on it today

We got a car, well we've left a deposit on one and can pick it up at the end of the week!  We didn't get the one we saw online but another one they had which was a bit older but much cheaper so there will be enough money with some over from the insurance payout (thankfully didn't really want to touch any savings or DH's pension).

Due to be late back from shopping and car hunting we ended up with the fishcakes in a sourdough roll with a bit of tartare sauce!  No idea how many syns but hopefully not too many!  I know it was a bit carby with bread and potato but it really hit the spot!

Glad you had a good weekend @Mrbowie and straight back on plan, well done.

oooh, new car. How lovely and cash to spare. What could be better.
Crazy day today at work but I’m done now. Phew.
    Food today -
     HEa milk philli cheese
    Heb bread roll (Roberts)
    B yog and banana
L philli and sliced tomato sandwich and grapes
D SW KFC and SW chips with salad and HM coleslaw
syns. Meringue bar (5) kfc panko crumbs.(?)
I got on the surgery scales today to find that, disappointingly, I have stayed the same. Official weigh in is Thursday morning though so I’ll wait and see. I never usually get on those scales but they’d just been recalibrated so I thought I’d sneak a look. I’ve learned my lesson 😫🤗

Denise, sorry yo hear about your accident, glad you are both ok though , that's the most important thing 🥰 Glad you have sorted a car.

Been to the crem today with my Mum and sisters then we went for lunch. I was relatively good, My sister said she had had these chicken skewers there before and they were nice, we all ended up having them! They cam on a sizzler plate with all peppers and onions underneath, then you picked 2 sides, i picked salad and coleslaw 😇 few syns but not many.

Then we had dentist, thank god nothing to do as £150 for to check ups!!

I am not massively hungry, but having a ham salad

Glad you had a nice weekend and enjoyed what you ate Mr Bowie 😁
