    Thanks for the new thread @beanielou.  Will start using it tomorrow!

    Having said that change of plan as for some reason the freezer door was left very slightly open and a pack of chicken thighs have defrosted so I've put them in the fridge in a spicy marinade to make butter chicken tomorrow.  The pork shoulder steaks have gone back in the freezer as they hadn't defrosted at all thankfully!

    So that we don't have rice 2 nights running I'm going to do pasta with smoked salmon instead.

    I am feeling ok in myself, still coughing badly but i slept upright on the sofa last night and had a full nights sleep, first one in 2 weeks!! I'll try bed again tonight.

    I have been good today afte my 100's.......literally of syns at the weekend!

    soft pitta with ham and beetroot, tomato, pear and satsuma.

    Tea massive picky plate, 1 hexa, 1 syn coleslaw, made a new batch today and 2 pork pies 😋

    Just got ice cream in 😋😋

    Out to lunch tomorrow with my sister, BIL, DH and Mum, i have looked online, i will either have JP or ploughmans 🤔

    Was amazed to have lost a 1lb tonight. On my own scales I was a couple of pounds heavier.
