@joedenise have a good break away
Well I did play cricket, it was quite a sedate game as I generally don't field in the direction the ball generally goes in - make of that what you will
It was an early start so I didn't eat before I went, we then went to the pub I had two pints and toast when I got home so not a great day. Scales look okay today but they usually do after drinking - I'm not a huge drinker so it does affect me easily!!
Food for today
B: baked Blueberry oats
L: ham and cheese omelette
Chicken and Vegetable Madras tray bake
Dinner I just make up and marinate chicken breast in curry paste then bake new pots, carrots, onions, peppers and cauliflower all together.
Will add some fruit throughout the day too

We had an awards lunch in work today and they had Krispy Kreme donuts! Managed to avoid as I'm fasting and was offered some to take home along with wee cheese n onion rolls and sandwiches.
Walked away from it all!
My friend has offered me a dining table so I have spent a happy hour or so rearranging my living room furniture to make space. I actually quite like the new arrangement and it will be good to have a table to sit and eat at instead of standing in the kitchen or sitting with it on my knee. Just need to get some chairs so will be having a wee look on fb marketplace for cheapie ones.0 -
Denise, fingers crossed for you.
Yes Blue dragon is 3.5 per 100ml.
Well done resisting Rose 👏👏
We always sit at the table apart from Saturday , hope you find some chairs, or even look on free pages on FBSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:1 -
Well done on your loss @NornironRose. 👏👏👏 And you showed amazing willpower refusing the goodies at work. If you're going to have a treat then save it for Eid. You've done so well throughout Ramadan. 👍
I've had a brilliant day. 😁
Went to WI this morning and was shocked to lose 1.5lbs! That puts me just half a pound over target and well within range. 👍
Then we went out for lunch. Yummy Italian and I could have whatever I wanted. Chose a delicious aubergine parmigiana starter and a salmon pasta main plus wine syns. After that we went to the theatre. Back on plan tomorrow.
We eat at the dining table too but I have breakfast in bed every morning. 😁
Obligatory rain has just started. ☹️1 -
Another that eats at the table. Absolutely hate eating on my lap but it's what we have to do we we go to either of our DDs for a meal, neither of them use a table. DD1 has a table but it's used for her work PC as she works from home 3 days a week. DD2 just hasn't got the space for a table - she only has one room downstairs and she's had to fit in a small desk as she works from home full time.
When we were looking for our bungalow we both wanted to make sure we had space for a table and I'm so glad we did.

Morning all, it was raining quite heavily last night but had almost stopped when we got up this morning and now the sun is trying to break through. It's quite warm outside if you can get out of the wind!
DH has gone to his optician's appointment and when he gets back we'll be off in the motorhome. It's all packed ready to go apart from iPads and a lead for DH's iPad - he has different fitting to mine and I'm never sure which one it is as the one he uses most of the time only works in a 3 pin plug and we don't have mains electric when we're away, just 12v battery power!
Today's plan:
B - weetabix, milk (was going to be overnight oats but I forgot to make it last night!)
L - pea and ham soup
D - WW goulash, rice
HEA1 & 2 - milk
HEB - Weetabix
Syns - either some G&Ts or maybe we'll share a bottle of wine
Probably won't post over the weekend as the signal is pretty carp where we're going so "see" you on Monday!
Have a good weekend all.1 -
Well done to all the losers! @joedenise have a great holiday.
At WI today I lost 1 lb and have now got my Club 10 award - seriously pleased with that.
I also did a sort out of my wardrobe and can now fit into some of my "old" clothes. Its a great motivator.
Off on holiday on Monday for 5 days, hoping for a maintain when I weigh in in two week's time.Debt free and Keeping on Track1
