Hello, found you all ✋ back from a fantastic trip to snow! Seriously not impressed!

Will be going to class tomorrow, jeans are definitely a LOT tighter so back on plan 100% it is. Already been shopping and stocked up. I’ve got bolognaise in the slow cooker with chilli prepped to follow. Just about to have a baked potato with cheese for lunch then I’ll make some meatballs and savoury mince for the freezer too. Planning homemade fish cakes for dinner with some reduced priced smoked haddock I picked up in Asda this morning.

Only caught a few posts, have a lovely break @joedenise and @MrsPorridge. Good luck on your trek @Coxy11. Hope you’re feeling better @bubbs think I’ve got a cold starting.  Apologies if I’ve missed anyone, will try and catch up later.

Well done @MrsPorridge and congratulations on your Club 10! 👏👏👏 You're so right that getting back into clothes that didn't used to fit is motivating. Keep at it!

Welcome back @Jellybaby. Hope you enjoyed your break with your brother despite the snow. We only have endless rain to moan about! 🤣

Tight jeans are a good reminder but 🤞you won't have done too much damage.

Thanks for the heads up on the Farmfoods bargains @bubbs. I'll take a look tomorrow.

I've more or less stuck to plan today. Breakfast fry up, JP with cottage cheese and pickles for lunch. DD1 came over and stayed for dinner. I made lasagne and salad.

I used some cornflour for the cheese sauce and LTL mayo on the salad. As there were 3 of us, I think the milk and cheese were more or less covered by HEAs. Plus weekend wine syns. 😁

DD came over to help clear the conservatory ready for the builders moving in a week on Monday. Kitchen won't be affected for a while but I'm not looking forward to the mess. ☹️

Well done Mrs P! And welcome back Jellybaby.

Good to have reached your Zone 10. It's a big deal! Apparently you get a free week if you manage to stay in it for a while. Can anyone confirm please?
I'd paid for 12 weeks and I think maybe am on my last one next week.

So I should have 1 week free for Zone 10 (been in it for maybe 10 weeks) and also a week free for introducing a friend.
Not sure how that works though.

Was out at a special iftar in London xcel last night. Good to have time with my girls but we were seated on the floor for hours! My body doesn't like it. Had a date and water to break our fast (that's the normal). Avoided the chocolate filled croissant. Had biryani with lamb and a piece of chicken. Probably some syns for oil. Had 3.5 syns crisps when I came home and a hifi bar (Aldi's Jaffa yum!)

Breakfast this morning was yoghurt and banana as I had run out of milk.

Going out for another iftar this evening so it will be the usual fare. Biryani/rice, a few curries or dahl (will usually have a spoonful of dahl), chicken, usually a salad and fruit so will fill up on those and avoid the pakoras and samosas as they are all fried.
So sad that people put on weight in Ramadhan but they eat a lot of beige food every day.

Palestine protest today so will get some steps in hopefully.

Have a good day all. Hope Storm Kath doesn't cause you too many problems.

Amazing to be staying below target bubbs.

I looked at my target this week and sadly won't be hitting it before I go on holiday as it's lower than I thought I had set. Have 3 more WI before I go but still 12.5 lbs to target.

New plan is to book the next 12 week block, book holiday week plus the week after off from WI. So I will have 9 days after coming back from hols before I have to WI.
Really want to relax on holiday. Fully inclusive but buffet style with lots of meat, salad and fruit to fill me up, but lots of goodies too!

You're doing really well @bubbs, especially as it's a fairly new target for you. You know where that gain came from so nothing to worry about. I dream of being at the bottom of range. 😁

Respect for your amazing willpower @NornIronRose.👍🏼 You're doing so well to make good choices. I'd find it so hard to resist the samosas and pakoras. I love them, along with spring rolls. 😋 Have a good day and enjoy your iftar (again!) this evening.

I'm trying out a chicken tikka masala recipe tonight. It's not my favourite but DH likes it so we'll give it a try.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F)
    L- JP (F), tuna mayo (P), salad (S)
    D- chicken tikka masala (P,S), rice (F)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, weekend wine😊

It was a 4lb gain this morning after my holiday. I’m not upset at the gain as I enjoyed it all, I’m annoyed it’s put me back in the higher stone zone by two pounds!  So I’m doing a food diary as that usually works well for me. I also bought a tonne more fruit on my way home 😁

So far had a banana and coffee at group, a soft pitta stuffed with smoked ham, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onion and 1.5 syns of salad cream.  Thinking burger in a bowl for dinner as DS2 is away so just myself to please.

Enjoy your evening out Rose and your curry tonight Maman.
