Good morning everyone very happy to say I've lost 2 1/2 lbs I'm now at what I was when I got to goal at ww. I'd like to lose another 3lb then I'll be happy. At the mid June after a hol I was 10st last Friday I was 9 12 1/2 but I've been stuck at that weight for months even doing ww. So last Friday I finally got my head round sw and lost. I feel so good right now, no bloating and the jeans fit better. I know mines not a big goal but important to me. I'll continue with it to try and lose another 3 lb then try and maintain. Thanks for the guidance, will post today's food later. X0

Postives:- I have been swimming at least once every day this week, yesterday I did 16 lengths and I really enjoy going. I have only had garage snacks once this week, although I think I can go without going forward. we will see.
Negatives:- I have been having a big bowl of cereal for brekkie and this won't change this week as I have ordered again and it is too late to do anything about it. I have had garage snacks this week. I had another day where I bought chocolate.
What the professional said - I am on the right track with swimming. Exercise will increase metabolism speed and to keep going.
What the scales say:- I have lost 2lbs (I now weigh 23 stones 12 lbs) and that was post brekkie.
Summary - I am not on plan yet, There is a lot of changes I can make however I now have my exercise.
Mission for the week ahead:- No Garage snacks or take out + Continue swimming 🏊♀️🍕🍫0 -
Well done @Mrbowie - that's a brilliant loss. You certainly seem to have got the right mindset now. Good luck with losing that 3lb you want to lose and then maintain. I think most of find maintaining harder than losing to start with. Having said that I'm still struggling to lose but getting there at last.
Morning all, the weather is awful this morning! It's been raining all night and doesn't look like stopping any time soon. Still at least I won't need to water the garden tonight - got to look on the bright side!
Today's plan:
B - mushroom omelette
L - LO doner kebab meat, salad in soft pitta
D - fakeaway KFC, chips, corn on the cob, beans
HEA - milk
HEB - soft pitta
Syns - probably have a couple of G&Ts later.
Have a good day.

I'm sure you will smash it x0 -
Thank you. I will get back to target soon I hope. Only need to lose 0.8lb to get back to top end but would like to get back to my target so 3.8lb before my holiday in mid September but with my very small losses I think it's probably a big ask!1

Morning all, very wet here and I'm off to London on a walking tour with my Mum - can't make it up! I too will not be watering my garden pots today.
Well done @MrBowie on your loss - it's your personal target no matter how many lbs you want to lose. I have not worn jeans in years (like 10+) as never feel comfortable in them. Would take a drastic amount of loss to make that change I think.
Great update @HotDog2020 and well done on your loss. I am in awe of your swimming - I am such a weak swimmer so it would never be my exercise of choice! It's great to break bad habits and introduce new positive ones x
I've had a banana, Fruit n Fibre, blueberries and yoghurt for breakfast. Lunch is the warm salad in Bella Italia, providing they have it. Dinner is lime and chilli grilled salmon and veg.
