Anyone know the syns for this please?
That’s 2 syns for a 200g pouch. Let me know what it’s like please. I need to mix up my yoghurt intake as getting fed up of vanilla lol!
Will do @coxy11 I've previously tried the aldi ones and they are really tasty, I also like how they swirl out, makes a lovely pudding with fruit.

I agree Bubbs, proper p#ss taker, I used to have a woman at work who lives near me ask quite sweetly, have u walked to work I'd say no come in car then she'd say oh good can you drop beer or big sacks of dog food off for her! It was the way she snared me that peed me off, like you say cars cost money to run and people don't realise.

Todays positives - No garage snacks, swimming 10 lengths (250M altogether), No take out, salad with dinner (I could be bothered this time).

Todays Negatives - I didn't follow plan, I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast, I had two ice creams, I needed a sweet treat, I may buy some freddos for next time, as they would be lower in syns or Mini Milks instead, yes good swaps. I am not sure what to do about breakfast, I need to feel full, cooked breakfast is best I have been having smoked salmon for lunch but technically I could have this for breakfast plus eggs and think of something else for Lunch ....sorry just thinking out loud!! I could serve the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon with poatato waffles as they (if I remember rightly are 3 syns for two?) - this is better then bread and would add sustinence without using my HeB - saving that for lunch or have the bread for brekkie and jacket potato for lunch? Choices!

    Have a good evening poepsX

I'd definitely go for a huge cooked breakfast especially welcome after you've been swimming @HotDog2020. I'd have eggs and baked beans either on toast or fried potatoes and you could have bacon and mushrooms and even sausages( from Sainsburys or Aldi) for a couple of syns. That would fill you up. 😁

Morning all, was supposed to be dry this morning and it's been p'ing down!  Really annoying as I wanted to get some more washing done today.  Oh well, tomorrow's another day!

@bubbs - you're neighbour is definitely taking the P!  Glad you said no to her.  It's bad enough giving someone a lift when you're offered but to be asked to change your plans to suit them NO WAY!  As @beanielou says are you going back to work?  Thought you'd had enough of that!

You really went to town with that Fakeaway, didn't you?  It really looks like you've been down to the shop and picked it up!

@HotDog2020 - I'd definitely be going for a cooked breakfast to fill you up.  To save on syns you could always make your own rostis - just grated potato and onions - the most time consuming part of course is squeezing the water out of the grated potatoes.  You could even use it to make a giant rosti and top it like a pizza - this would make a good lunch and would be syn free topped with HM tomato sauce, mushrooms, bacon, onions etc and covered with an HEA of grated cheese.

    Today's plan:

B - Toasted bacon sandwich (plain bread just disintegrates with bacon filling!)
    L - brunch hash
    D - cottage pie, veg

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
Syns - none planned but who knows!

Just realised it's Wednesday so need to weigh later.  Will post now and edit later with what's happened with the weight this week but not expecting a loss but hopeful of a STS.

I'm really surprised to say I have lost 0.6lb and am now less than lb over top end of target!  Maybe I can lose that 0.8lb this week and finally get back to top end!!!!  About time - it's taken nearly 6 months to lose half stone!
