Morning all, it's lovely and sunny this morning so going to get all the washing done - 2 loads and get that out on the line.  It's forecast to stay dry today so hopefully will get it dry and put away later today.

@Mrbowie - I think you're probably right those biscuits are probably 4.5 although may actually be 4, but someone who still goes to group will be along later to confirm one way or the other.

Didn't know you'd started up an online business when you packed up the cleaning job @bubbs.  Sounds as though it's going well locally.  Is it something you could expand a bit wider if your DH helps more if he decides to take redundancy?  Are you going to tell us what it is?

Need to go shopping again for stuff for the weekend and early part of next week so that along with the washing will be about it for this morning!

    Today's plan:

    B - Weetabix, milk, fruit
L - green lentil salad with feta
D - HM doner kebab, salad, chips

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - feta
    HEB - weetabix

Syns - LTL mayo 1 (if I decide to make the garlic sauce for the kebab!)

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning . It’s a very windy weigh-in day. I’ve lost 0.5lb. A bit disappointed really but big gains and tiny losses is how I’ve rolled since I’ve joined SW. Anyway,, better off than on and I continue.
I’m off shopping in a bit so just about to do a meal plan.
We will go and vote later. If it stays dry, we’ll walk after tea and if it rains we’ll goin the car whilst it’s cooking.
    enjoy your day everyone

Don't knock it @Matron_Midge - a loss is a loss!  I lost nearly all my weight 0.5lb at a time to get to target originally.  You'll get there.

DH and I always vote by post now.  We started doing it that way a few years ago when we were going to be on holiday when the election was and just stuck with it.  It's so much more convenient than having to go to the polling station on a particular day!

Also a postal voter though I understand that there has been a lot of issues in some areas with postal votes.

    Morning all,

Sorry @joedenise I totally missed your loss – that’s really great work! Hopefully back in target range next week then, fingers-crossed.

Well done on the 0.5lb loss @Matron_Midge – don’t be disappointed, a loss is a loss. I only ever lose 0.5-1lb so understand your frustration.

The gingerbread mean are 4.5 per bag @MrBowie.

I had a good run home yesterday – cloudy but warm. I am off work tomorrow so might run early doors. I’m meeting Mum in London for a walking tour. Looks likely to be wet so will need our brollies. Lunch is booked for Bella Italia, they have a nice warm salad so will go for that I think as it’s 167 calories (I know SW doesn’t recognise calories) although I expect some oil for the roasted peppers so will count 2.

DH is picking up a hire car today so ours can go in for assessment/repair. They suggested writing it off when it only needs a new bumper and sensors! Let’s hope they see sense.

@bubbs – really great about your business and yes why not expand with DH and work for yourselves? Wish I was that entrepreneurial – DH currently thinking he’ll buy a van and do deliveries – keep thinking of the Micky Flanagan sketch “you dreamer, you’ll never drive a van” (if you know, you know…)

    Food today is:

    B – blueberry wheats, blueberries, FF coconut/vanilla yog – HEB, S, 0.5

L – Sainsburys sushi (will need to shop for this) probably 1 x veggie and 1 x fish, nectarine, apricot(!), banana – 3, S

D – Szechuan pork and noodles – free

    HEA – milk

    HEA2 – 30g cheddar

Syns – 3.5 plus mini bag of Iced Gems 4.5 so 8 total

Change to lunch plan! I went in Lidl and got a YS bang bang chicken which was yum and only 4.5 syns. Also snaffled another £1.50 box – 3 bananas, 2 Pink Lady apples, yellow pepper, 2 cos lettuces, a small aubergine, bunch of celery and a box of red seedless grapes. Happy with that!

Well done on your loss @Matron_Midge.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Keep plodding!

You're doing really well with those Lidl boxes @Coxy11, both mse and SW friendly. What's not to like!

'Our' flight has taken off at last so will land at Gatwick at about 6.30 pm, about 26 hours late. We'd have just about managed to get to the polling station and, fortunately, would have had passports with us but I can see why people go for postal votes. They seem very popular.

We went for a good walk with our group this morning and then called into vote on the way home. I'm having wine syns this evening but doubt I'll stay awake for many of the results.

We're having very ordinary comfort food tonight. I'd avoided giving DH sausages but when I checked the label, the Aldi ones are 2.9% fat which is leaner than the 5% mince etc that the diet sheet recommends.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
    L- cold chicken (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), pickles (S)
D- sausages, SW chips, baked beans (F), onions and mushrooms (S)
    Syns- wine😊

    Afternoon all 😁

Denise, i also missed your loss, well done 👏👏👏

I sell everything, from pj's to gardening stuff, to household stuff, getting to know what customers want so it's getting easier in that respect. No i won't spread further as i am not getting into posting, it's just local, i drop some off the rest is collected.

DH said they had the council down work saying why aren't you passing on polling cards to students? They said we are but it's Royal Mail you need to speak too we can't pass them on if we don't have them!

Maman, sad thinking about your holiday that wasn't :(

Mum rang me up in a panic today, she had physio at 11.30, at 11.15 the medical car had not turned up to pick her up, so she rang them and they said oh we haven't got you booked in! She said i booked it on 24/6 , she knows this as is very anal writing things down in her little book 🤣 She couldn't get through to the hospital so could i send them a text! No you can't text them, but i will try and email but i am in my unit and on my phone. Anyway i did but not had a reply but she eventually got through to them and now has next week!

Not had much to eat today

Some cooked chicken, satsuma and apple, took a yoghurt but wasn't hungry , very unlike me 🤣
I am having a mega "fry up" for tea though 😋😋

Lovely day here but very windy, 2 loads wasing i put on the line before i went out earlier all dried 😁
