    Morning all,

Bit mizzog here. I have plans to run home after work even if it’s raining.

I had a little bit of chocolate last night whilst watching the (exciting) football. All within syns. Today I’ve brought in Fruit and Fibre with blueberries and yoghurt, I have another orzo pot for lunch, plus half a melon, 2 plums and a nectarine. Dinner tonight is leek and mushroom pasta bake from a previous SW mag.

I have a meeting to go to tonight, so will take herbal tea with me as I’m trying to avoid caffeine. Another one of the couples who viewed our house is unhappy about the configuration downstairs (cloakroom off the kitchen), which is fair enough but it’s all detailed on the floorplan. Think they are tyre-kickers sadly. My EA friend is back in the office today so hopefully he’ll get us some viewings for Saturday.

@bubbs – your neighbour is a piece of work. Hope you stood your ground and told her No. Your food looked amazing again! Is your work Uber Eats lovvl  :)

    Afternoon all 😁

Yes i did stick to my guns and she was ready!

I never packed up work completely, i packed up cleaning but started a little online business on FB just locally selling and OMG it has really taken off, that's why i am not about much in the evenings and with Christmas coming i know it's going to be mental. It is very hard work getting the stock and doing the orders, DH helps me so if he gets redundancy he will help me more 😁and hopefully will get bigger and better.

Tea was nice last night 😋

Met my friend today and we went company shop....twice 🤣 it now opens at 8 so we went there first but they were just filling shelves but i got 6 BNS for 60p each, some boneless chicken   thighs £2.10 , when we went back i only tried to use my driving licence to get in and said the bloody thing ain't working and she says maybe because that's your licence 🤣🤣🤣 i got some flavoured cooked chicken 60p, 1.5 syns a pack, half roast cooked chicken 60p, 2 loin joints of pork £2.20 odd each, crisps for dh 85p, no yoghurts though 🙄

@bubbs you got some good bargains there. I work in a supermarket but we don't have a company shop, I wish they did as they waste so much food!

L- salad, cornichons, boiled egg, tuna, potato,  1tbls light mayo. Melon and watermelon 1.5 syns

D- 2 heck italia, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, fried egg and sw chips 2 syns

HEXB 3 Kingsmill crustless wm bread ( 2 toasted with dinner, 1 at lunch.

Mr Bowie, it is not 1 supermarket , it's here you have to be eligible to join and my DH is.

Thanks Beanie and then it won't matter if DH finishes work, if he does we can both work at it to make it bigger and better 😁

Well done on your loss @joedenise. 👏👏👏 We always want more but that target range is so close now. 🤞for next week.

We watched the game last night too @Coxy11. I couldn't help thinking it would have been better watching actually in Turkey with our friends. It would have been the last night of our holiday.☹️

One thing we have avoided though, our planned return flight has been delayed by 24 hours. It would have been a mad rush to get to the polling station in time.

It's grey and miserable here. Given half a chance, I'd put the heating on. 🤣

Well done on starting a business @bubbs and making it a success. As you and DH aren't old enough for pensions, I can see how you can think of DH taking redundancy. Good luck to you both. 😊

Twice to the Company Shop!!! BNS was a bargain.

I portioned up the pasta sauce for the freezer and used some for my lunch today with a few bits from the fridge.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, scrambled eggs and ham (P), tomatoes (S)
L- penne (F), chicken and mushrooms in tomato sauce (P, S), HEA 2 Parmesan
D- liver, bacon (P), sweet potato mash, peas (F), cauliflower, broccoli (P)
    Syns - 0

Wow that looks really good, none in my area unfortunately but glad you've got some bargains. Good luck with your business. X
