    You answered your own question @bubbs. 😁 I was going to say egg muffins but they're just a variation on crust less quiche.

    @bubbs how about some SW lemon curd to go with the crackers. I really like it plonked into plain yog or on my HEb 
    Its just eggs, lemon juice and zest plus sweetener cooked over a pan of boiling water until it thickens. You can stir a bit of yogurt through it if you like or use as it is.

    Is it whole eggs? or just yolk?

    I usually make things like pork pie, pork and bacon loaf, scotch eggs, so was looking for something different

    Thanks for the advice, I've printed some A4 planners off tinternet I like a big space to write. 
    I'm going to try give it 100% tomorow just needed to get in the right headspace.
    Here's Fridays plan
    Breakfast
    Banana, strawberries, blueberries, 10g low sugar granola 2.5 syns
    1/3rd pot Issey baked apple yoghurt 1/2 syn
    Lunch
    1 slice wholemeal bread
    Wafer thin ham
    20g half fat cheddar 1/2 hexA
    Pickled onions
    Cornichons
    Satsuma
    Dinner
    Pasta
    Bolognaise sauce 100g 3 syns(Lloyd grossman)
    Broccoli
    1/2HexA 1/2 fat cheddar.
    HexA 350ml skimmed milk
    Snack apple
    Orange
    Skinny crunch fruit and nut 5 syns (probs won't buy these again just using up) 
    11 syns used.
