Afternoon all, sorry I didn't post yesterday but the day just got away from me!  This morning hasn't been much better - most of it spent at the hospital for DH's pre op for his knee replacement.  I went with him as wanted to go to Dobbies for some green courgette plants as couldn't get any when we went last week.  Had our free hot drink while we were there as won't be anywhere near it again this month!  Still couldn't get the courgette plants so looks like we won't be growing any this year!

Weighed this morning and it's 0.5lb on again!  No idea why unless it's because I'm not having enough syns rather than too many!

@TakeItEazy - that boomerang lb is annoying but you have a lot on your plate at the moment.  Good that you've had an observed dialysis session with another couple to come.  You'll be fine and it will be better for both you and your DH to be able to have the sessions at home rather than the hospital.

I agree with @maman that your poke bowls sound interesting @Coxy11 and probably uses up bits and pieces you have in the fridge!

    Today's plan:

    B - toasted cheese sandwich
    L - fry up
D - sweet and sour chicken, rice

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - sausages 2

    Have a good day everyone.

Thanks @beanielou.  It's still another couple of weeks away - it's not until 15 June and apparently if he goes down early enough he'll be out the same day othrwise the next day.

I'm fine @bubbs!  I did post just not as early as usual, posted just after lunch.  Didn't post yesterday as the day just disappeared!

Great haul from the Company Shop!
