Morning all, bit overcast this morning but have still done a machine load of washing and got it out on the line - hopefully it'll dry but could really do with it brightening up and for the wind to get up a bit too as there's virtually none at the moment!  It's not forecast to rain until about 4pm so should be long enough for it to dry even without any wind.

I'm in the process of trying to sort out my meal plan for next month bearing in mind that I'll probably be on my own for some of the meals while DH is in hospital although having said that he may be out the same day if his op is early - it ought to be he's got to be there at 7.30am.  Will definitely be an early morning that day as we're a good hour from the hospital if the traffic isn't too bad which hopefully it won't be as it's a Saturday!

    Today's plan:

    B - porridge, fruit
L - ham omelette, chips (using up some bits of LO gammon from the freezer)
    D - chilli, rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
Syns - none planned but may have a cereal bar with a cuppa later 4

    Have a good day everyone.

Can someone check the syns for McCains frozen Air Fryer chips please?  Bought some today in Iceland as really having trouble getting decent crispy chips in the air fryer!

The crinkle ones are 3.5 per 100g, French fries 4.5. That's strange, I thought chips were what air fryers do best. 🤔

Had a SW breakfast (eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes) then went out for lunch. Made a good choice of sole with prawns, new potatoes, samphire and broccoli. As far as I could tell only syns were in the pan frying. I had a single glass of wine too. 😉 If I'm hungry will snack later, possibly fruit and yoghurt.
