Congratulations on the pound off @Coxy11.ππΌππΌππΌ It was well worth going to group for that! ππΌ
I agree with @joedenise, you did brilliantly to stay within range after a holiday @maddiemay. I can only dream of that. Respect!π
Β Although we have an apartment for our holiday, we only eat in at breakfast time so that's really the only meal I can guarantee will be SW friendly while we're away. Maybe this year we'll have a few lunches in when we're not out for the day.π€
I meant to say @beanilou that you've done well to get into your dungarees despite not going to WI for some weeks. I think how our clothes feel is an excellent guide. To be honest, when I first joined SW , I was more interested in getting into a size 12 than any number on the scales. Back then though, consultants did push for a target weight. If I was starting again I think I'd go target free or have some smaller targets on the way.Β
I was given a big bag of tomatoes this week so last night I roasted some extra to have for lunch.
It's dry and blowy here too. I changed the bed as it's perfect drying weather. I'm trying to clear the washing at weekends so I don't have to dodge the builders to get to the washing line. DH tells me he has everything he needs for our holiday but I wouldn't be surprised if he finds something that needs washing at the last minute. It does help that it's been so cold that we've barely worn any summer clothes here yet.Β
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
L- roasted tomato pasta (F,S), HEA2 Parmesan
D- keema curry (P,S,F), rice (F)
Syns- weekend wine and maybe some mango chutney 2?0 -
Wonders will never cease, I lost a pound too! Taking it and running fast π€£ i obviously made more better choices than I thought. I also bought (another)/12 week countdown in class hoping it will give me the oomph to lose the rest. ΒHad a SW fry up for breakfast when I got back. This isnβt something Iβd normally eat but trying to shake things up. Β Out at a friends BBQ later so hopefully all on plan leaving me syns for wine π0

Well done @Coxy11 and @Jellybaby on your lb losses. Β You both obviously made better choices than you thought you had! Β Don't blame you taking it and running - I would too!
Meant to say earlier the McCain Air Fryer chips weren't that good and certainly won't bother buying them again. Β I actually saved a few syns as only had 100g! Β They took more than twice as long as it said on the pack - it says they cook in 5 minutes - I gave them 10 minutes on Air Fry and then 2 minutes of Max Crisp and they were only just done. Β They were crispier than usual but didn't really have any colour to them and I do like my chips to at least look cooked! Β To be honest I think the best chips I've done are my own done in the oven unless we have some LO chip shop chips which are brilliant done in the Remoska but of course it's syns again!

I am in a 14 and comfortable with it. It is only a number. I hate my legs & thighs but they are always dire so lifeβs too short to be worrying about it. Good morning, weather pretty much as with you @joedenise, OH has done first woof walk and collected the papers, he has a morning of lawn mowing to look forward too, quite large areas.Β I'm off into town later to collect my new specs. No coffee with friend this morning she is really poorly with the cold/cough/sinus bug, I called in yesterday to her house and she looked awful, poor love as her DF has just died too.
I am sent back onto the crisp diet every now and then, but pretty good at keeping to 1 small pack per day, plays havoc with my SW plan though.
I have had a burst of cleaning this morning, now need to sort and pack clothes, hope too many don't need ironing, I am so not an ironer.
Some soup, finn crisp and a bit of cheese for lunch, then a fridge tidy for supper, bacon, egg, mushrooms etc.
Forgot to post, back from town with 2 new (different) pairs of specs - have to buy 2 as I am rather known for falling onto my face and destroying them - bit pricey, but it is what it is.

Well done on your loss too @Jellybaby. πππ It's great when you don't expect it, makes up for the times we stay on plan and don't lose.
I agree they're just numbers @beanielou whether on the scales or dress sizes. What mattters is it's a number you are happy with. π0 -
Well done @Jellybaby x
Iβve now got waterproof mascara and lipstick for the wedding. Tried the dress on last night and it looks good - phew.ΒAgree about clothes feeling more comfortable rathe than what the scales say β€οΈCross-stitch WIP: Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member π Read 25 books in 2025 11/25 Currently reading The Cliff House by Amanda Jennings0 -
