So sad to have heard that Rob Burrows has died, such a young man and so brave. MND is such a cruel disease. RIP Rob. I really feel for his family, they seemed to be so close.
Morning all, its another dry day forecast but a bit overcast. Have put another machine load of washing on the line but don't think it will dry as quickly as yesterday as there is absolutely no breeze at all!
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs on toast
L - sweet chilli noodles with salad bits
D - Spicy salmon fillet, couscous, salad
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - Harissa paste 0.5; cereal bar 4
Have a good day everyone.

Hi all,
I too was saddened to hear about Rob Burrows - such a cruel disease and he was so young
Annoying about the 1lb @bubbs. Thanks for the heads up about Pep$i Max - will send DH!! DS1 gets married on 21 June @maman. I don't wear a lot of make up and never lipstick, so needed the advice from the experts. Don't want to look like a drag queen.
Food today:
B - blueberry wheats, blueberries, coconut and vanilla 0% yog - HEB, S, 0.5
L - poke bowl (brown rice, edamame beans, smoked salmon, picked red cabbage, chilli gherkins), melon, cheese portion, apple - P, S, HEA
D - chicken pesto pasta - 4.5 for the pesto
HEA - milk
Syns - 5 plus mini soreen bar 4.5 = 9.5 total

That's really exciting @Coxy11. I'm sure you'll look super. Definitely makes all the effort with SW worthwhile. 👍🏼
Had my hair cut at lunchtime so only time for a quick cold snack as we had a meeting with the builder this afternoon.
We're having salmon too @joedenise but I'm using up the Iceland one that has syns. I won't be buying that again.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA1 milk for drinks
L- ham, cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D- salmon (P), hassleback potatoes (F), broccoli, sugar snaps, garlic mushrooms (S, HEA2 Primula)
Syns- salmon 20 -
Quiet on here. 🤔 I expect @bubbs is out buying bargains again! 🤣
Missed out on my leftovers for lunch yesterday so looking forward to them today. 😋
Don’t know if it's just my store but tried to buy their Ryvita equivalent in Aldi and seem to have disappeared. Same in Farmfoods which used to have the real thing at a good price. I'm sure I'll find some in Sainsburys but expected it to be easy. I take a pack on holiday as it keeps me off the bread at breakfast time.
Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk for drinks, berries (S), banana (F)
L- ham (P), fried veg, pickles and salad bits (S)
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), mushrooms and green stuff (S)

Morning all, oops it's just into the afternoon now! So good afternoon!
Been out shopping and spent an absolute fortune including nearly £50 at the butchers but that is for most of the meat for this month and into the early part of next month to save me having to drive there when DH can't drive! It's not the best place for parking.
Haven't bought any crisp breads for ages so no idea if Tesco ones have been available or if they've disappeared too. Tend to buy water biscuits these day as they're only 1 syn each and couple with a bit of Primula Light makes a nice snack in the evening if I'm peckish.
Today's plan:
B - gammon roll (had run out of bread so had to grab some rolls from the freezer!)
L - LO sweet chilli noodles
D - Sweet and sour pork and rice
HEA - milk
HEB - roll
Syns - LF spread 2; mustard 0.5; sweet chilli sauce 3
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Forgot to say earlier that Tesco had run out of the Pepsi Max offer - absolutely none left but they had Sugar Free Coke on offer at £6.25 for 24 cans so not quite as cheap but still a very good price - definitely better than it's normal £10+ cost.0

Morning all, a lovely bright day and no rain forecast so have washed the bedding and have that hanging out on the line. There's no wind so probably take a while to dry!
It was WI for me this morning and can't believe I've put on 1.5lb this week - no idea why as have been well within syns this week. Quite honestly I'm getting fed up with not losing. We're away this weekend so will be going off plan a bit, maybe that's what my body needs to get it to kick start the weight loss again!
Today's plan:
B - eggs on toast
L - French stick pizza
D - KFC, chips, beans, corn on the cob
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - French stick 10 (will have about 1/3 - pretty sure a whole one is 30 syns)
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Just a quick wave from Wales not logging eats/syns etc. Just eating ehat I fancy, but mostly choosing thr better options. Sunny and cold here, shower possible in a while. Off to walk a section of the Brecon Montgomery canal, hoping to mske it as far as pub for eats/drinks/loo, about 3.5 miles each way, loo might be morr of a problem these days. Sorry about WI Denise. Sorry typos, on mobile! The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0

Shame about the gain @joedenise. It reminds me of when @bubbs kept gaining a few months ago. IIRC she started losing again after she'd had Peppa Pigs! 😁 Maybe a bit of a shake up/change at the weekend will help.
You've struck lucky with the weather this week, if it's anything like here @maddiemay. 👍🏼 Have a great holiday. My brother is only about 20 minutes from the Brecon Beacons, it's a lovely part of the world.
Someone commented at my group last week how making good choices becomes second nature after you've been doing SW for a while. I definitely agree but you do have to persevere at the beginning.
I find myself drawn to the lean meat/fish with veg options on menus and crave vegetables if I don't have enough when eating out. We won't have that problem in Turkey as they grow so much that traditional dishes are full of veg, their aubergines, tomatoes and courgettes being my favourites. The problems come from bread with everything and too much booze! 🤣
Another dry, bright day here too. Still no bricklayers have appeared. I'm quite cross about it but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they'll meet the monthly target as it's early days for June. 🤞🏼
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast. ham, eggs (P), HEA1 milk for drinks
L- cold meat (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- meatballs in tomato sauce (P,F,S), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
Syns- 00
