DH still not feeling great but will make yesterday's planned dinner anyway. If he's not hungry then I'll have more leftovers for tomorrow. 😁
I'm cooking gammon and, as it's still the right weather, will make lentil soup later. Who'd have thought that in June. It's dry but overcast and still not warm. ☹️
Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, berries and banana (S, F)
L- Spanish omelette and salad (P, S, F)
D- chicken supreme (HEA 2, P, S), SW chips (F)

Great result at WI @bubbs. @maman it has been a lovely day here, hope it's better with you tomorrow, just cannot tell from one day to another.
@Coxy11 great to have the holiday booked.
Lots of gardening done today, done too much really in lots of pain now, pain killers taken and wrist splint found.
My own WI this morning looked good, but I never believe it until confirmed at group.

You're right @maddiemay. I don't weigh at home but have started to use the GP's scales for a quick check as the surgery is only at the bottom of the road. It's a new machine they've had installed relatively recently. It's like the ones in Boots and gives a print out after you've weighed but you don't have to pay. I think it's a great idea to encourage people to watch their weight. That being said, I know they weigh 'heavier' than SW scales possibly because I never go there straight after breakfast or wearing the same clothes.
Good enough to dry the laundry today but hardly a summer's day.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, eggs, bacon (P)
L- lentil soup (P,S), JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
D- gammon (P), boulangere potatoes (F,S), cauli and broccoli cheese (S, HEA2)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, weekend wine😁0 -

Hello @Mrbowie, I hope that SW will work for you.
Another hard session trying to tame the wilderness that my garden has become, stirling work from OH means lots of progress made.
Quite a good SW day fruit and yogurt bowl with synned granola, gammon ham and hm pickle sarnie, kedgeree for supper, used a little oil and butter for mouth appeal, say 2 synns per portion. Small amount 70% dark chocolate, orange and satsuma.
