Morning all, it seems we've been lucky with the weather the last couple of days as managed to get all my washing done, dried and put away. The forecast is for showers from about 11 until 3 so definitely not a drying day today!
Another good night's sleep and definitely feeling so much better although arm still a bit sore but nowhere near what it has been for the last few days.
Today's plan:
B - Weetabix
L - avocado, prawns; pulled pork and salad in soft pitta
D - steak hache, onions, chips, beans
HEA 1 and 2 - milk
HEB - soft pitta
Syns - avocado 3.5
Have a good day everyone.

Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better @joedenise. Sleep makes such a difference.
Yesterday went much better than expected in more ways than one! We won the match and I didn't have as much off plan food as anticipated! Win/Win! 👍🏼
It was a good day out. We had a SW breakfast before we started off (porridge and fruit). We had time to go to the National Portrait Gallery in the morning then an Italian for lunch. I had a chicken and mushroom pasta which was cheesy/creamy. I enjoyed it but no idea on syns. We had planned to buy a M&S meal deal to eat on the train home but when we got back to Waterloo they were announcing a train in a few minutes so we caught that. So no sandwiches or crisps and I had a JP with some Bolognese I'd batch cooked on Saturday when we got home so all good.
Back on plan today. Today it's Co-op salmon which I think is syn free but I will check after last time. I've still got one of the Iceland packs in the freezer.
B- HEB toast, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- LO hotpot (P,F,S), pickles (S)
D- salmon (P), hassleback potatoes (F), green stuff, mushrooms, tomatoes (S)
Syns- none planned0 -
Thanks @maman; sleep is definitely beneficial to feeling better. Sounds like you had a good day and not too off plan so as you say a win:win. I still can't believe that any salmon has syns in it - definitely nothing in the book to say plain salmon ever has syns!
The pulled pork in pitta with salad was lovely. We didn't have the avocado and prawns before it so we'll have that as a starter tonight. There was enough LO pulled pork to bag up enough for 3 more pulled pork in sauce pittas/rolls so those have been frozen to be added to the plan at some stage.

Afternoon everyone,
Raining here. I'm off to London straight from work as have theatre tickets for an Arthur Miller play. We are in the cheap seats so no alcohol for us beforehand! Will eat but not sure what. Depends on time available.
Well done @bubbs on your 1lb loss - great stuff - think you gave it to me though as I put on 1lb! All was revealed yesterday when TOTM made a grand entrance along with strong cramping and anxiety - whoop (not).
Food today has been:
B - blueberry wheats, blueberries, mullerlight vanilla - HEB, S, 0.5
L - poke bowl from home - brown rice, edamame beans, smoked salmon, 1/2 HEA feta, pickled red cabbage, chopped gherkins, plus quarter of a galia melon and a banana - F/P/S
D - who knows.......
HEA - milk
HEA 2 - feta
Great football news @maman!

Thanks @Coxy11, hope you enjoy the play.
Extended celebrating got to me yesterday so unusually had wine syns on a Monday. It's just as well I'm not going to WI this week. I might go along and not weigh as I like to stay occasionally and I didn't have time last week. I think my consultant likes to use me to demonstrate that it is possible to lose the weight and keep it off, she's always very welcoming.
It's miserably wet and quite cold here. I can't believe it's only two weeks before our holiday. My head's not in summer at all yet. I need to start thinking about buying in fresh stuff after this week so that everything gets used up before we go.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (S)
L- Spanish omelette (P,S,F) and pickles (S)
D- Veggie chilli (P,S), rice, peas (F), cottage cheese (P)

Annoying about the boomerang 1lb @TakeItEazy but you're doing well considering everything else you have going on right now xx
Wine syns on a BH Monday @maman - you go girl!
We ate at Pizza Expre$$ before the play and I had the Beetroot Buddha Bowl and a coke zero. The play was good - sure I'd done it for O'Level but realised half way through it was a different Arthur Miller play - doh! Two children sitting behind us, rustling sweet wrappers and zipping/unzipping their coats throughout - why take them to something serious. Would've been better off with Frozen or the Lion King!! Then somebody's phone went off during a serious monologue - TWICE!! Pfffft!! Didn't get to bed until 1am so feeling a little jaded today. However, I have no meetings and no bosses, so will be twiddling my thumbs whilst drinking coffee today.
Food today:
B - fruit and fibre, blueberries, 0% vanilla/coconut yog - HEB, S, 0.5
L - poke bowl (same as yesterday) brown rice, edamame beans, smoked salmon, 1/2 HEA feta, pickled red cabbage, gherkins, some melon and a banana
D - burger in a bowl
HEA - milk

You're obviously still eating quite well @TakeItEazy if it's only a pound here and there. 👍🏼
It's good that you had the demonstration during half term so you can concentrate. I'm sure it is scary but it'll be so much better for your DH than trekking off to the hospital.
I agree that it's a crazy play to take young children to @Coxy11. There was a young family sitting by us on the train on Sunday. They were going to see Lion King but chose the wrong weekend with 30 000 football fans making the same journey. 🤣
I must have a go at a poke bowl, yours sounds delicious.
100% on plan today then out for lunch tomorrow. After that I should be able to stay in control until I go away two weeks today. 🤞🏼 I can understand why @bubbs likes to go to group every week. Because I know I don't have to weigh for 8 weeks, I keep fancying things. Last night I found myself gazing lovingly at the pasties in the petrol station when I was filling up my car. 😉
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, fried eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
L- JP (F), tuna (P), spring onions and pickles (S)
D- meatballs in tomato sauce (P,S,F), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
Syns- 00
