    Oooooo breaking news 😂😂

SW are starting there own box,

Slimming World Kitchen is the only recipe box anywhere that’s 100% Free Food.
There’ll be 15 tasty recipes to choose from each week – perfect to help you stay on track for a 100% Food Optimising week. The portions sizes are amazing too!
Each box comes with a free mini magazine with easy cooking instructions for all the recipes you chose – and the ones you didn’t, for when you have more time to plan and shop.
I can’t wait to order my first box! It’s definitely going to help me dial up the variety in our house… not to mention cutting down on the thinking, the planning and the shopping!

Bet they will be carb heavy and expensive!

Just seen that on my old group's Facebook page (consultant still hasn't taken me off!).  Bet they're expensive though same as the meals from Iceland.

Morning all, bit overcast but dry this morning so have got a machine load of washing out on the line.  It's supposed to brighten up so hopefully won't take long to dry.

Still not feeling brilliant although my temperature seems to have finally started to come down so at least I'm not at the shivery stage now.  Hopefully this cold will shift over the next few days and I can get back to normal.

Not planning on doing anything much today just resting up a bit.

    Today's plan:

B - fry up with bacon
    L - gammon salad sandwich
    D - cottage pie, veg

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - none planned

    Have a good day everyone.

    Get better soon @joedenise x

Those SW delivery boxes were mentioned at group this morning. Apparently someone leaked the news.....@bubbs?!  :D Rumoured to be £10 for a meal for 2 which tbh is a bit steep and several members were tsking about it! More details soon.

I put on 1lb this week so now 2lb over target range. I reckon I need to increase my syns and spread them throughout the day as otherwise I go OTT after dinner which isn't good.

Well done on being bang on target @bubbs

A wee half pound on for me today. To be honest after the week I’ve had I’m delighted with that!

The boxes were mentioned in group along with the cost you said @Coxy11 and I thought it was expensive. I bought a box of the new hifi flavour but not overly keen on them.

Shopping done and the fridge loaded up with fruit and veg. Dinner is just me tonight and planning a huge chicken salad with a couple of the eggs DS1 got from a colleague who keeps chickens. They’re huge and delicious.

After wine during the week I felt awful, really sluggish and out of sorts so it’s back to no alcohol 😇

It’s 25 degrees here and toasty but I’m not complaining 🤣

Seems like a day for wee gains! 🤣 Fortunately, they're the sort that can be quickly reversed. Good luck for next week @bubbs, @Coxy11 and @Jellybaby.  At least you all know where they came from.😊

I use all my syns most weeks @Coxy11. If you like snacking later in the evening, maybe save some syns for that or have SW friendly stuff easily available. 🤔

What's on at the theatre @bubbs? Have a good evening with your mum.

It's bright and dry here @Jellybaby but not that warm. No washing this weekend @joedenise. The weather forecast wasn't that good for the weekend so I made a point of changing the bed and clearing everything mid week.

When you think that you have to make the food yourself, those meal boxes sound expensive compared with the meals for 2 that most of the supermarkets do. I've not tried them myself but family have had Hello Fresh and @ruby_eskimo used to have Gusto but they always had offers and then used the recipes afterwards if they liked them.

Yesterday was win/win for me. Yes, we did win the football👍🏼 but as we didn't get home until 11 p.m. I didn't have any wine! So still got loads of syns in the bank for this week. Our consultant messaged me earlier to remind me that WI is coming up. I think I'll go this Thursday (7 weeks) as I'm out for a meal on Thursday evening so it would take the pressure off. 🤞🏼 I'm still in target range.

We ate the last of the keema curry last night so I've got a batch in the SC today and I've made some more rice pouches for the freezer.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, eggs (P), tomatoes and mushrooms (S)
    L- ham (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), pickles (S)
D- sweet and sour chicken (P,S), noodles (F)
    Syns- Ben's sauce 1.5, weekend wine😁💖⚽
