Sorry to hear news of your pal @Jellybaby - I'm sure she appreciated your company and support x
    Get well soon @joedenise x

We saw The Fall Guy last night and took a single stick Twirl with us. That added to the Mullerlight for breakfast gave me 6 syns total. Was surprised when I weighed this morning at home to see a 2lb gain since Saturday!! This will not be helped by this morning forgetting my Mullerlight so had nothing to put with my cereal and blueberries. Succumbed to an almond croissant from Co$ta!!

In my defence we had some bad news last night. SIL (with eating disorder) now has stage one lung cancer. She's waiting for the tumour to be removed and will have a 3 month recovery. I'm wondering if she's well enough to have a GA given she's still so small. We are not particularly close but I'll message her today.

Dinner tonight is sticky roast pork (fillet) with BNS, peppers and red onion.

Sorry to hear about your SIL @Coxy11 .  I hope she is well enough to have a GA and have the operation but it sounds as though the hospital are at least considering it if she's waiting for it.

Sticky roast pork fillet sound nice.  Do you wrap the fillet to make sure it doesn't dry out as I know it can dry very quickly?

That's sad news about your SIL @Coxy11 but sounds like they've caught it early. 🤞🏼 she's strong enough to have treatment ASAP.

Ouch to the almond croissant, they're delicious but must have a million syns! 🤣

You did the right thing to go and support your friend @Jellybaby but it's times like these when SW has to take a back seat. You've done the right thing to get back on plan as soon as you got home. It's the not drawing a line that allows the hard fought weightloss to start creeping back again.

I think whether we're going to group weekly, occasionally or doing it from home it's important to stick at it whenever we can.

It's been raining on and off all day here too @joedenise. It's not as bad as forecast though as we were promised thunder and lightning. We managed to get out with our walking group this morning and did 8000+ steps.

I'm going to make some HM gravy to go with the liver tonight. It'll have some cornflour but as so little fat (flavour will come from stock and onions) then I'm just counting that. 🤔

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F)
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad and pickles (S)
D- liver, bacon (P), onions (S), mash, peas (F), cabbages and broccoli (S)
    Syns- cornflour 1 LTL 1

When we went to FarmFoods DH picked up a pack of frozen Doner Kebab meat.  Can someone check how many syns this is please as looks like that's what we're having for dinner tomorrow!  Hopefully it isn't too synful!

Really must put liver on the menu sometime as not had that for ages and we both really like it, although we have it lightly fried not in gravy (as you've probably guessed I'm not keen on gravy!)

Hi all. I lost 1/2lb again this week. Painfully slow but I’m getting there.
spanish omelette and salady bits for tea. Will be having HE a cheese on top and will have some chilli jam with it. Yum
I want an almond croissant now 😳 good job it’s a long drive to anywhere that would sell them but they sound yummy and right up my alley
sorry to hear about your SIL. Hope she is sorted quickly and the ED doesn’t prevent her getting treated.

@joedenise Do you know the brand as they vary tremendously between 2 and 15.5  per 100g depending on tripe of meat. Lamb only are between 8 and 15.5 per 100g

Thanks @Matron_Midge -  It's Speedy Chef Spicy Doner Kebab meat.  Knowing my luck it will be at the top end of the syns range!
