Afternoon all, just back from WI and another week of STS 😄 Weight will come off next week I am determined!  Consultant thinks I need to use more syns so will try that but been here before and know I just need to keep plodding.

Weather is beautiful here and after my coffee will hang out the bedding and potter around in the garden.

You’ve great weather for your days away @joedenise. Hope the upset is sorted @Coxy11 with the wedding coming up.  Hope you get bargains at the company shop @bubbs. I’ve given up on it as it’s a long distance to get there.

Just me for dinner tonight so I can have what I fancy 😉 (ps still no alcohol 😇).

Hi all, still here, still juggling the same 1lb (off today). My friend posted photos of her and hubby after 4st loss between them, put me to shame as only a year between us so I should be able to lose!
Hubby’s home dialysis is back on so training starts again next week. Still waiting to hear about building work and delivery of machinery/ equipment. Have no idea where all the meds/needles etc will go though 🥴
Not great timing for school though, SATS testing next week! Then my class start NFER testing plus sports day !!!!!!. And of course we are short on staff already without me not being there! Only be mornings but not sure how long I will need off as kidney centre not great with information 😤.
Once we are settled I can concentrate on me!

Can anyone help with syns please? HEB wraps? Stockwell & co granola? Is fat free Greek style yogurt syn free? I’m sure I will keep asking for reassurance reasons 🥰 thanks in advance 💞
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hope @joedenise is having a nice weekend away x

Well done on the STS @Jellybaby x

Congrats on the 1lb loss @TakeItEazy x Sounds like you've got loads going on so good to get a loss amongst all that!!

    Syn values:
Can't see any wraps that are HEB so lowest are minis at 4.5 syns each or WM at 8.5 syns each
The Stockwell & Co granola (raisins/almonds) is 5 syns for 25g
The Greek style FF yoghurt is free

I weighed in today at group - first time since March. I'm 1lb out of target range which tbh I was expecting and isn't too bad. I've just done my shopping list and booked an Oc@do delivery for tomorrow. DH away on the stag weekend and I do have a car but I'm prioritising seeing my Mum tomorrow. Would welcome a lie in and a slow morning rather than trundling around a SM!

Dinner tonight for DD and I is Pork Szechuan - DH bought and meal planned - there will be enough for some leftovers for lunches yay.

Looking forward to Eurovision tonight :)

You're right to keep plodding @Jellybaby. It will come off in the end but STS while you're waiting isn't bad.👍🏼 You must be saving £s as well as syns staying off the booze.😇

Good to see you posting again @TakeItEazy.🤗

Poor timing for the dialysis training as far as school is concerned but sorting out your DH has to be the priority.

Pleased to hear you're still sticking with SW and hopefully your friends' losses will motivate you to push ahead. When I first joined, we had an elderly lady who arrived on two sticks. She managed to lose loads, her mobility improved masses and she bought herself a whole new wardrobe for multiple cruises! Getting older is no excuse! 😁

The Stockwell granola is 5 syns for 25g, which is pretty standard for all brands of granola. Yes, Greek style yogurt is still free. I buy the Aldi one which is like Total. I can't find any wraps which are a HEB on the website but others may know different.

Hope you're lucky at the Company Shop @bubbs. Is your mum going with you? How is she?🤔

Another glorious day here, washing's on the line and probably dry. DH moved the line to the bottom of the garden but I'm not making extra trips through the builder's rubble to check. I'll bring it in later.

I bought some Stamford Street berries from Sainsbury's yesterday and had some at breakfast.
    Stamford Street Co. Berry Mix 1kg | Sainsbury's (sainsburys.co.uk)
It's a mix of strawberries, blackberries, red and black currants so it's all Speed and firm, whole fruits. They're on 3 for 2 at the moment so work out at £2 per kg which is brilliant value as my last bag from Waitrose was £4.50 per kg. I was looking for a change from Aldi as the strawberries were invariably soggy and lots of broken bits.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- Spanish omelette (P,S,F), leaves and pickles (S)
    D- sausage casserole (P,S,F), penne (F)
Syns- Aldi sausages 1, weekend wine😊

Missed your post @Coxy11. Just a pound out of range is a great result after all this time. 👍🏻

LTL mayo from the Company Shop is great @bubbs along with all the other bargains.

How clothes feel is a really good guide @beanielou. Hopefully the summer trousers will encourage you to go for a wee loss soon. 😉
