Morning all (well it is just about!), it's an absolutely beautiful day with loads of sunshine.  Have done a machine load of washing and got it onto the line, don't think it's going to take long to dry every though there isn't any wind.  Didn't want to leave it until we come back from our weekend away as it's forecast to rain all next week!

STS is OK @Matron_Midge - it's better than a gain.  Our bodies just don't always do what we'd like and expect them to.  You'll probably have a good loss next week.

That's great that your local farms have started up the wonky boxes again as it really helps to up the Speed foods and makes you think of interesting ways of cooking different veg.

I'm going to go for a manicure this afternoon and hoping that I can move my waxing appointment to early next week rather than the week after as really needs doing and dread to think how long the hair will be if it's left another week!

    Today's plan:

    B - toasted cheese sandwich
L - sweet chilli noodles with salad bits
D - steak, wedges, onions, mushrooms (it's DH's birthday today so going to use the MuscleFoods steaks we got as our free welcome gift!)

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - sweet chilli sauce 4.5

    Have a good day everyone.

I know we all want a loss but STS is OK @Matron_Midge.👍🏼 It's a good idea to write things down though. I find it's not just the planning or keeping track of the syns, just knowing I'm having to write it down seems to help me avoid any cheating! 🤣

Happy Birthday to Joe! He's got such a beautiful day for his birthday and the weekend looks set fair. I do hope the steak is delicious. Enjoy your evening. 😊

We got out for a walk this morning and then stopped for coffee sitting out in the sunshine. It was delightful. We're getting used to the builders being around. So far it's all been demolition, hence the noise as they were breaking up the base of the old conservatory. Next will be digging the foundations for the extension. They work 8 - 4pm Monday to Friday so it's not too bad. 🤞🏼 Remind me I said that in a few months time! 🤣

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (S)
    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
D0 meatballs in tomato sauce (P,F,S), spaghetti (F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns- none planned

Morning all, another bright dry day today and we're off in the motorhome for the weekend.  Can't go until later as DH needs to go back to the opticians as his glasses aren't right - he picked them up just before we went on holiday so they're going to do another eye test and hopefully they can get the prescription right this time!

Glad it's just because you're busy that you haven't been on @bubbs and nothing more serious!

    Right today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast
    L - brunch hash
D - sweet and sour pork, rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - wine tonight

Have a good weekend.  See you all again on Monday.

Hi all. Glorious day here upon gods own country.
My colleague got sunburnt yesterday afternoon on a home visit. Patient had been wheeled out into the garden and she was there a while. She is a readhead but oddness me, her poor little nose really caught it.
My weekend has started, I’ve been and done an Aldi shop and got lots of salady bits and meat for bbq
tonight we are having BBQ chicken sizzlers (4) with jersey royals, coleslaw and huge chopped salad. I treated myself to a bottle of aldis dupe of  jamshed rose - called jammy - and I’m fairly sure it will be getting opened with our meal 🤗
4 weeks till I go on hols so I’m trying really hard to stick to plan. We will be having a bbq tomorrow evening, I bought some of the 5% skinny burgers (1.5 each) and wm rolls (Roberts ones that are HEb) we will have it with grilled pepper, courgette, aubergine and some of the free rice in a packet and I got a ready cooked whole chicken that we will have on Sunday with more jerseys and salad.
not sure if I’ll get back on later so enjoy your evening everyone.

    Hi everyone,
Glad you had a good time away @joedenise x
The hen weekend was nice. Bit of an upset between DIL2B and two of the bridesmaids (friends) - put a bit of an atmosphere on the proceedings. Will definitely have to revisit as don't feel I saw much culture! Food and drink was pretty sensible including a lovely fresh fish fillet with globe artichoke on the last night mmmm
I am weighing in tomorrow as it's been a while and the app is now reminding me of this fact! Won't be in target, but hopefully not too far off, and need to rein things in for the wedding countdown aaargh.
In other news, I ran home from work on Wednesday and plan to do so again tonight. It's c. 2.5 miles and fairly flat so not too bad, although it is a warm afternoon again here. Not that I'm complaining!
Well done on the STS @Matron_Midge x

Well done on your loss @bubbs 👏👏👏. Really pleased for you. 😊

The SW app always sends reminders after 4 weeks @Coxy11 even though you don't have to go to WI until 8 weeks is up. Good idea to see where you're at though.

Good planning for the barbecue @Matron_Midge. It's amazing what you can eat on SW with a few few tweaks.

I'm not in bubbs' league but I did get 3% mince in Aldi today for 30%off. All helps. 👍🏻

I called into the surgery today and pleased to say I lost 1.5lbs this week. I'm out dancing on Sunday and there's afternoon tea so not sure how this week will go.

Beautiful day here, warm and sunny. 😎

    Today's plan -
B- 0.5 HEB toast, HEA 1 milk for drinks, scrambled eggs (P)
L- 0.5 HEA toast, mackerel in mustard sauce (P), salad (S)
D- chicken (P), SW chips (F), carrots, green stuff, garlic mushrooms (S, HEA 2 cheese)
    Syns - weekend wine 😁
