Hope you enjoyed your day out @Jellybaby. I'm envious of you being able to have a day in Edinburgh.ย

It's a shame that family issues stopped you getting back on plan @NornironRose. Glad it's sorted now though.๐Ÿค— Have a really good time on your holiday and then come back determined to have a good run at your next target. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I too have lost my way slightly this week. Ironically Iโ€™ve been completing an SAS log too! Meals all on plan but have been snacking on choc biscs in the evening tut tut.ย

Iโ€™m off on the hen weekend tomorrow early doors. Have packed a swimsuit and two bikinis but will probably wear the top with some shorts as away with all the 25 yo beauties! Really looking forward to some sun as itโ€™s hammering down and cold here atm!

Well done on the 0.5lb loss @Matron_Midge - slow and steady x
    Have a good break at @NornIronRose x

    Enjoy your weekend @Coxy11.

I had a lovely day in Edinburgh yesterday, wandered around and sat outside to eat my sub salad in the sunshine. Pottered around the house today as Iโ€™m quite tired with all the walking and fresh air!

Not been very hungry ย so have only had banana and coffee when I got up, lentil soup for lunch and still to decide on dinner. Possibly homemade lasagne from the freezer a baked potato with tuna and salad. Will see what WI brings in the morning ๐Ÿคž

    Have a lovely evening all.

Hope you enjoy the Hen weekend @Coxy11. I've forgotten where you were going but if it involves bikinis and sunshine it must be good. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I think your sunshine is moving down south @Jellybaby. It's been nice today and tomorrow promises to be even better.๐Ÿ˜

I feel as if I've gained a bit this week so I'm going to do a food diary as I really want to stay in target range before I go on holiday in about 5 weeks time. I checked over my summer clothes and while I'd buy a couple of bits if I see something I like, everything fits so I'm good to go.

DH isn't here for dinner tonight so I'm just having a JP. I had a decent lunch, there was even a piece of chicken in the LO casserole! โ˜บ

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, fried eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S)
    L- LO chicken casserole (P,S,F)
    D- JP (F), prawns (P), tomatoes, leaves, pickles (S)
Syns- LTL mayo 1, weekend wine๐Ÿ˜

    Enjoy the hen weekend @Coxy11.
Iโ€™ve started the bank holiday with a large bowl of chilli con carne and SW wedges and a HEa of cheddar on top. No drinking this evening but Iโ€™ve a bottle of Sauvignon blanc chilling in the fridge for the weekend.
Hoping the weather will pick up a bit as could really do to get in the garden but the forecast is poor.

Thanks all for the sensible words about my 1/2lb. Like Denise, I originally got to my target never losing more than 1.5lb a week and I had several unjustified stsโ€™s along the way too. I shall persevere, I know it works and it is a lifestyle not a diet after all.
    Enjoy the bank holiday everyone!

Afternoon all, got back from holiday at 5.30 this morning! ย We were up for just over 24 hours with Turkey being 2 hours ahead of us! ย Had a cup of tea when we got in and off to bed but only slept for a couple of hours so think it's going to be a fairly early night tonight!

Weighed myself this morning and haven't put on quite as much as the last AI holiday! ย 5lb as opposed to 7lb last time but that's probably because I mainly ate salads! ย Most of the gain probably came from the alcohol!!!

Straight back on plan today and DH has also said he's going to stick to plan (just have to see how long it lasts this time!):

    B - porridge
    L - cheese omelette, chips
D - cottage pie, lots of veg

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - oats
Syns - none planned (DH had a bit of milk on his porridge 1 syn; Tbs tomato sauce on his chips 1 syn)

Have only skimmed through so good luck to those weighing today and congratulations to those who have lost or STS.

PS ย  Forgot to say got 3 loads of washing done, dried, folded and put away! ย About as much again, if not more to do tomorrow! ย Its's the worst part of holidays!
