Snap @Jellybaby! We're having chilli for dinner tonight too. 😊

I like to put a couple of HM ready meals on the plan each week. It works well for evenings when I'm going out and we have dinner early or something I can cancel if plans change.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
    L- veggie omelette (P, S, F), tomatoes and pickles (S)
    D- chilli (P, S), brown rice (F), cottage cheese (P)
    Syns - 0

Glad to see bargains have returned @bubbs. 😁

Seems that Tesco has stopped doing their own brand LTL mayo. ☹️ I have one in stock but then I'll have to buy the expensive stuff. Such a difference in syns.

    Just checking in ladies.

Totally lost my way this past couple of weeks. Been eating all the cr*p and not feeling well for it but couldn't help myself. Had something going on in my personal life that was making me sad so I turned to food.
Didn't go for WI this week just because I knew I had another gain.

Personal matter is now good and my heart is happy again. Going away on holiday Friday night so am determined to just enjoy myself. Will make good choices mostly when I am away as I know what the food is like, so can have lots of lean meat, fruit and veg.

Will be relying on a few hefty kicks up the bum when I get back please.

Keep well everyone. Last full day at work so is going to be full on to make sure nothing is undone before I go.

Morning. Hope everyone is doing ok.
Ive lost 1/2lb this morning. At least it’s off but the speed of my weight loss is a constant thorn in my side. Wouldn’t care so much if I cheated or sat on my bum all day but it’s quite the reverse. So 1.5 in 2 weeks.
Rose, enjoy your holiday and we’ll give you a prod if you need it when you get back
Bubbs, fantastic news. I have everything crossed for next winter
Right, going to sort myself out now. Got solicitors, voting, haircut and highlights and grocery shopping do before a mid afternoon coffee with a pal.

Morning all, have a fab holiday @NornIronRose!  A half off is better than a half on @Matron_Midge but that’s usually me so I know how you feel. Keep plodding as Beanie says.

I’m off to Edinburgh for the day.  Looking forward to having a wander round and a browse in the shops.

    Today food:
    B - fruit and yoghurt 0.5
L - not sure but probably a Subway salad or similar
D - spaghetti bolognaise, Parmesan HEXA

    Have a lovely day everyone!

@Jellybaby. I really miss toddling round the shops.  I used to be able to walk from one end of Princess Street to the other. That new shop seemed to have big queues the other day!  Enjoy 😊
