Well done on your loss @joedenise. That's a good number for you! 👏👏👏

STS is good going @bubbs as you had lunch out and the cookies. 👍 Have a great holiday, wrap up warm and enjoy yourselves.

🤞you get the STS you want tomorrow @Jellybaby. I'd love to visit the north of Scotland. I've only ever been to Edinburgh.

I've done a big shop today as fridge was almost completely empty and vegetables very thin on the ground.

I called into the surgery to use their scales. I've gained just under 2lbs in the past 3 weeks but still well within range. I'm happy with that as we've eaten out twice this week alone. DH keeps suggesting we eat out. He means well but I'm doing my best to keep that as a last resort.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs and tomatoes (P, S), HEA milk for drinks
    L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (F, S)
    D- keema curry and rice (P, F, S)
Syns - mango chutney? weekend wine 😁

Morning all, up early today!  Got up to go to the loo about 6am, went back to bed but couldn't get back to sleep so got up around 6.30am so sitting here quietly on my own before DH gets up having a nice cup of tea!

DH decided yesterday he fancies eating out and whilst looking for somewhere different to eat rather than Spoons or a greasy spoon came across a nice looking restaurant near Ashford which also has a campsite so we've booked for dinner there and to stay the night on the campsite!  A very spur of the moment thing - could probably do without it but we'll enjoy it anyway.  It has electric hookup so we're going to put the electric blanket on the bed and we'll leave an oil fired radiator on overnight to keep the chill off.  The van's not very warm at this time of year not to have heating on most of the time.

Today's plan - which is subject to change of course!

    B - fry up - P; S; F; 1
    L - cheese omelette; bread and LF spread - HEA2; HEB; P; 2
D - TBC - but will try to choose sensibly but suspect there will be cheese and biscuits at the end, as well as some wine!

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - sausage 1; spread 2; wine? extra cheese? crackers?

Think it will probably end up as quite a high syn day but will rein it back during the week with plenty of Speed and low syn days.

Have a safe journey and enjoy your holiday @bubbs.  Where are you going, not sure if you've already said and I've missed it?

    Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, early for me but I’ve had an early morning wake up every day (tummy bug) 😳 resulting in 2lb loss. Feeling really unwell though with banging headache too 😢.

Hoping this week tum will be better as off on another school trip on Thursday. As it’s WWII based I’ve ordered some camouflage cargos (need the pockets for tens machine) & jumper in PURPLE of course 😈! This is why the kids love me 🤣🤣

Enjoy your meal and night away @joedenise

Aw tummy bug is rotten @TakeItEazy but good result 😀 and hope you feel better soon, especially as you’re off again!

You’re so good at keeping within target @maman

I gained 1.5 this morning 😭 was disappointed but it is what it is so will keep plodding. I’m out for an Indian meal tonight and will probably have my usual of chicken shaslik with boiled rice and a small piece of naan as I love that.   Decided alcohol and menopause don’t mix so wine or gin syns will be low to zero going forward.

That's a good result @TakeItEazy 👍 but sorry to hear that it's on the back of a tummy bug. ☹️ Hope you feel better soon.

Shame you had a gain after your mini break @Jellybaby. Hopefully you can get back on plan this week. 🤞

Thanks for the kind words. I do try to stay in range as best as I can but this year has been easier for the wrong reasons. Normally, I put on about 7lbs on a 3 week holiday and then it's a slog to lose it this time of year. Because we didn't go away this year, it's been easier.

DH can't travel until he's had surgery so, provided I can stay on plan without a kitchen, I'm hoping I'll be OK. 🤞

It's been a lovely day here. What a good idea to have a night away and an evening out @joedenise. Hope you enjoy yourselves.

I think @bubbs has gone to the Ludlow area as she was asking for ideas for eating out.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, strawberries (S), banana (F), HEA milk
    L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S)
    D- chicken stir fry with noodles (P, S, F)
    Syns - honey 2.5, weekend wine 😁
