Weighing two days early this week as we are off for a short break in the next hour or so. Down just under a pound, so I'm chuffed.

I will not be on plan whilst away, begger that for a game of soldiers!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Morning all, it's very wet here today - hasn't stopped since it started about 10.30 last night!  Glad I managed to get all the washing done and dried yesterday!

Well done @SingleSue on your lb loss.  Enjoy your short break and any indulgences whilst you're away.  Just draw the line and get back on plan when you get back.  You can deal with any gain then - same as I am at the moment.

    Today's plan:

B - weetabix, milk, fruit - HEA2; HEB; F (only had grapes in fridge and had forgotten to get any frozen fruit out!)
    L - another fry up to use up the bacon - P; S; F
    D - butter chicken, rice - P; S; F; 5

    HEA1 and 2 - milk
    HEB - Weetabix
Syns - butter 5; may have a cereal bar as well later for another 4 syns

    Have a good day everyone.

Well done on your loss @SingleSue and enjoy your break. 😊 I know you're mostly doing calorie counting but , just like with syns, I'd try to only use calories on things you really enjoy. There's nothing worse than wasting syns/calories.

The rain stopped earlier here @joedenise, although heavy overnight. It's been a grey day though. I expect you're missing the Tunisian weather if nothing else.

Change of plan here as we remembered that our team is playing football tonight and it's on TV. So, we're going to the pub to watch the game and have something to eat. Although it's a Greene King, as it's a sports pub they don't do many of the healthier options (like JPs and new potatoes) like some of their pubs. I'll probably have steak and chips with salad and Monday wine syns too! Fortunately, WI is many weeks away so it's back on plan tomorrow for me.

Breakfast was porridge and fruit and lunch was my usual Monday cold meat, bubble & squeak and pickles so it's not all bad.

I wouldn't worry too much @bubbs about the cookies as you don't have many syns over the week usually so you'll be OK.

Morning all, glad to say it's not raining (at the moment although forecast for later!).  Need to get out and do a big shop - the small freezer is completely empty apart from a pack of wraps!  Haven't got any meat but still have a few HM ready meals, one of which we'll be using tonight for dinner.

    So today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs on toast - HEB; P
    L - twice baked jacket potatoes - HEA2; S; F; 4
    D - sausage and bean casserole, mash, green veg - P; S; F; 1

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - LF soft cheese 4; sausage 1 (there's not much in the casserole and doubt there's even a whole one cut up!)

    Have a good day everyone.

Those cookies didn't sound like they were worth the syns @bubbs but that's behind you now and sometimes you lose when you don't expect it. Although I don't think you'll be going to WI this week, unless you go on Friday? 🤔

Hope you got all you needed from the shopping trip @joedenise. It's so much easier when you've got a plan and all the ingredients you need.

Yesterday turned out another 'could have been worse' day. Although not on the website, the pub did JPs so I had that with steak and salad. I did eat 2 onion rings and the salad had dressing plus the wine syns but back on plan today.

When I was portioning up the Bolognese for the freezer on Sunday, I kept enough out for my lunch.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, egg (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
    L- JP (F), Bolognese sauce (P, S), salad (S)
D- salmon (P), new potatoes (F), carrots and green stuff (S)
    Syns - 0
