Didn't manage to get all I wanted from my list @maman! Went to Sittingbourne and did a big freezer shop plus some cupboard stuff from Sainsbury's. By the time we\d done that we needed to get back home as we'd had a message to say the parcel DH was expecting was being delivered so didn't have time to get to Morrisons or the butchers!
Won't be able to go tomorrow as we're taking my friend to hospital in Canterbury for an eye operation under general anaesthetic so we're going to drop her off and then we'll be going out to breakfast (Spoons?) and then going to either Folkestone or Dover on the bus where we'll end up eating lunch (KFC/Subway?) before going back to pick up my friend.
She has said she's going to "treat" us to Fish and Chips for dinner! So a very off plan day I think although I'll try my best with breakfast and lunch! Can't do much about the F&C although I don't eat the batter (don't like it!) and won't eat many of the chips!
Our lunch ended up as jacket potato with baked beans and soft cheese as didn't get any cheese - I buy it in Morrisons so that will have to wait until Thursday along with the butchers. So a very expensive week so far but did need to restock the under counter freezer.

Are those corn thins like rice cakes @bubbs? 🤔
We've been enjoying the high protein sandwich thins from Aldi.
I do hope all is well with the flooding??
I'm thinking of cooking a piece of gammon at the weekend. It'll make a nice meal but I really want the stock to make lentil soup. I've got Heinz tomato in the cupboard (from the half price weekend) but I'm loathe to use syns if I don't have to.
Hope all OK @joedenise, you're usually about early?? 🤔
Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA 1 milk for drinks
L- ham (P), LO veg and pickles (F, S)
D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P, F, S), HEA 2 Parmesan

Afternoon all or should that be evening all! You were right @bubbs took my friend to the hospital and only got home about 30 minutes ago. What a palaver picking her up! Went to pick her up from where she said she was waiting and got told she wasn't there and that I needed to go to the Ophthalmic Suite which was the opposite side of the hospital (a good 10 minute walk); then had to wait to speak to someone and then got sent back to where I was originally! Different receptionist had the sense to phone to check where she was and it was where I had started originally.
Was fairly good food wise - Freedom breakfast in Spoons so no sausages but did have a couple of hash browns; lunch I finally had a takeaway salad box with boiled eggs, cold potatoes and a couple of falafels. Most of today's syns are going to come from the fish and chips tonight!
Glad your meal with your mum, sister and BIL went well and good that your mum was looking well and that her medication has settled.
Line will be drawn after the F&C and back on plan tomorrow.

What a palava Denise.
No it's my sister with the MH problems that had her medication changed.
Mum is knackered she has had a busy week, Mon feet, Tues doctors, today she had to go to the orthopaedic place at 3.30 for her feet, to see about insoles/what they can do to help her feet. I know where i get my bad feet from 😂 i am my Mum's double 😯
She said she did 4 loads washing and drying yesterday and it cost her less than £1 she said before she had the home display she was afraid to use the dryer, so before Dad was ill they always took it to the launderette to dry when they went town, her tumble is 36 yrs old so you would think it eats electricity but it doesn'tSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0
