I didn't go to group - messaged my Pay pal to let her know. Just putting off the inevitable I guess but couldn't face an early start after the UTI/TOTM last week. Well UTI reared it's ugly head again on Saturday after one days' respite so I am now on ABs having gone to the pharmacy for help as GP only doing e-consults and wasn't taking any over the weekend. TOTM was just one day?? Good grief I'm falling apart.

Food over the weekend has been mainly on plan and I've lost 3lb since returning from holiday. Had tipped over into the next stone bracket which is always psychologically hard to deal with. Happy to say I'm now back below that level. I know it's only a number....but....

Going to give it my best shot this week and hope to get to group on Saturday morning. I get paid tomorrow so will have some funds to pay for a restart as not enough over target for a complete rejoin.

No builders today so I can still access the kitchen. All the new windows are coming tomorrow so it will be great to see out to the garden as it's been boarded up for weeks. They came to measure up for the flooring earlier so things are moving ahead.

L- ham (P), veg and pickles (F, S) 
D- cold chicken (P), SW chips (F), veg (S)

I am limited in what I can eat today as I had a (large) filling replaced this morning. Face still a bit numb and just sipping green tea with lemon for now. I had my usual Fruit and Fibre/Yoghurt this morning. Think it's tuna pasta bake for tea.

I contacted my consultant last night to explain I'd be back, will be resuming my 'journey' but that I'm moving out of the area. She was lovely (just like I knew she would be) but isn't there this week which is a shame.

Onwards!!!

Well it's been a lovely day today after the deluges, but...........they have been evacuated, now the banks burst, but saying that they have burst all over town 😢😢 A poor lady 77, died after he car left the rd and ended up in the river 😢😢 so very sad, how it happened i don't know but was near a big roundabout.
