I forgot to give today's weather forecast down in the South.😁

BBC said it could be wet most of the day so, as they've been consistently wrong lately, I put out a line of washing. 

Everything dried as it's been sunny, hot and muggy all day. It's still warm now. 😁

Maman i'm 1lb under actual target.

I will weigh Friday to keep me from getting in holiday mode too early 🤣🤣

You can always do casserole in slow cooker.

So that gives you 4lbs leeway @bubbs and it's a good idea to go to WI on Friday so you stay on plan as long as you can. 👍

Funnily enough I said to DH, when we were eating, that the casserole would probably work in the SC.

I'm sure we'll be fine. It's just with the kitchen stuff spread out all over the house it's exhausting. I did 2000 steps the other night just making dinner. 🤣

Yes maman it does, but i always have a week when we are back to pull it back as much as i can 😘

You can also do pulled pork, i saw on a fb page someone did lasagne in SC and said they would never do it in the oven again!

Maman it was a gain but expected. I took my usual fruit & yogurt & soft pitta but also had pufts & a jive biscuit (small twixt style) as was up at stupid o’clock and was starving when we got there 🙂‍↕️.  Also had potato stars with my tea which all adds up!

It's gloomy here with fine but steady rain. Yet again, the BBC got it wrong as they put out a yellow warning of potential flooding. 🤔 I'm really pleased that I got the laundry basket cleared yesterday. 👍

Is it just one more week at work for your DH after your holiday @bubbs? Will it affect your early morning bargain hunting? 🤔

I'm not planning to do much today other than finish my book club book. I'm out for a meal on Friday so can't get to the next meeting so I want to send in a few comments. 

Today's plan - 
B- HEB toast, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks 
L- LO casserole (P, F, S) 
D- roast chicken (P), SW roast potatoes (F), veg (S) 
Syns - HM gravy 4, weekend wine 😁

Good job i didn't have a pig out, thought it was next Saturday we go away but it's not 🤣🤣 it's the week after, wouldn't mind but i booked it!!

Shame about the holiday mix up @bubbs, not like you at all. Not long to go though. 

Saying about the floods around your way reminded me of the dreadful time when you were out of the lodge and kept getting those warnings. 🤔
