@bubbs I was weighing every 6-8 weeks as was a target member. So the other weeks I just did Pay. Most of the Social Team do that as we are all target members. Now I'm outside the 8 weeks and am outside of target
Ran home from work - 5k. Flaming TOTM happened just as I was leaving so nearly got in the car (DH comes to collect my bags!) but glad I decided to run. Last TOTM was 2 weeks ago. Flaming meno!

I'm another that loves beetroot @bubbs. I have pickles with lunch most days. It's a really easy and tasty way to get plenty of Speed onto the menu. I usually have 3 jars on the go including cornichons, pickled red cabbage and pink onions but beetroot is my favourite. 😋
I agree @SingleSue that syns is unfortunate terminology despite it's derivation. But unlike @maddiemay who uses them in meals, mine are mostly treat status and I find the 105 a week is a good way of limiting treats. It's not that any foods are bad for you, just that some should be in moderation.0 -
Ahh i see Coxy , that's why i weigh every week, i know what i am like 🤣🤣 Have you decided yet what you are doing?
I cooked that beet this morning maman while i was sitting here doing paper work 🙄 but needs must and all that 😂

Morning all, WI with 1lb gain 😕 not surprising as yesterday was completely off plan due to school trip. We went sailing which was great fun although slightly stressful as my little pal (not so little Y6) couldn’t sit still so I was hung on to his life jacket most of the time 🤣.Back to plan today though so hoping for improvement next week.
Another hot day here, managed half hour (1 mile) dog walk but he was so hot bless him! I tried to stay in the shade when I could but huskies will be hot until the snow comes 😏.
Have a good weekend all 🥰Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning everyone, one off for me this morning. Happy with that after missing class last week, meals out this week and a catalogue of minor irritations that have taken their toll on my patience and sanity!Meeting a friend for coffee and a walk shortly. Food wise, I’m planning meatballs and spaghetti for dinner and will put a gammon joint in the slow cooker for tomorrow’s dinner and make lentil soup from the liquid.
Still to read back but hope you’re all well!0 -

You're chipping away @Jellybaby. Well done on your pound. 👏👏👏
I think you've got plenty of leeway before your holiday even with STS @bubbs. Are you near the bottom of target range? 🤔
STS is OK if you know you went over syns this week @TakeItEazy. What did you take on the sailing day? 🤔
I'm wondering what you did today @Coxy11. Have you decided what you're going to do going forward yet? 🤔
I'm thinking this is the last weekend with access to the cooker so we're having a casserole tonight.
Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), pickles and salad (S)
D- chicken casserole (P, F, S), cauliflower and broccoli (S)
Syns - half Crunchie 3⚽, cornflour 1, weekend wine 🍷0
