I had expected cooker and washing machine to be out of action from today. Electrician came but only working in the extension so we have a reprieve. 😁

I'm out for a meal on Wednesday evening but other than that should be on plan all week. 🤞

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, scrambled eggs (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- cold pork (P), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- salmon (P), potato cubes (F), greens, tomatoes and mushrooms (S)

Morning all, very quiet on here.  I have lovely sunshine this morning but very, very cold. A load of towels is swishing around in the WM as I type.

Well done @beanielou you’re still in target. You’ll just want all your building work to be done now @maman then you get to the exciting parts of getting it all set up 😁

I’m out for three lunches this week from tomorrow. I know where I’m going and trying to plan but will need to go with the flow and see how it goes.

I’ve had the usual fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, broccoli and cauliflower soup for lunch and chilli salmon with roasted veg for dinner.

    Hi all,

Back to reality! Have not been too good since returning from Crete. Severe headache in the early hours of Monday meant a day off sick, now have a UTI, so am dosing up. Bit run down I think. Will attempt a shorter 3k run home from work later, don’t want to overdo it.

Food is what it is! Had the children round for belated birthday BBQ on Sunday so ate leftovers on Monday – plenty of salad with mine. Last night DH made SW friendly Spag Bol. He is food shopping today so no idea what’s for tea the rest of this week. My work lunches have been my favourite orzo pot, fruit etc and have been bringing usual HEB cereal, yog and fruit for breakfast. Will be making brown rice salad with pickles later for remaining two days at work.

Now c.9lbs over target range, so will be a long road back and I’m seriously considering not going to group anymore, which is ridiculous as doubt I can go it alone for that amount of poundage. Just don’t want to spend the £18 getting re-registered and then £6 a week when I’m moving out of the area at some point. Thoughts?

@bubbs so terrible about the crash but thank goodness nobody seriously hurt – a miracle really.

    Have a good day all

    Coxy

Maddy yes very very lucky, Glad your mobility is improving 😁   Maddie is it you that lives near Ludlow?

Coxy, sorry you're not feeling well, hope you soon feel a bit better.

I know i can't do it on my own so i would go back but that's me, but rejoining you can still go to the "new" group where you move to, the longer you put it off the worse it will to be get started properly again, but that's just my opinion .
