Great to maintain when you're in target @bubbs. 👍

So irritating for you when you'd got all the medication set up at the pharmacy @Jellybaby. I'm not surprised you'd be looking for a flight.....to anywhere! 🤣

SW has gone out of the window today. Breakfast was OK (porridge and fruit) and dinner will be DH's favourite chicken jambalaya but it stops there. It's DH's birthday today and we were out over lunchtime at the football. We had Greggs beforehand and a bag of chips afterwards! Then DD came around and we had cake. I can't remember when I ate so much junk food in a day. 🤣

    Back on plan tomorrow. 😊

  • Morning all
Wi yesterday with STS, happy with that as was convinced I’d gained. Then went to friends house and we had MD’s, I only had a medium milkshake & large fries but line drawn! Was really a disappointment as not had their milkshake since my son was small (so 20+ years ago) so wasn’t worth the syns! Lesson learnt 😳.
Although no weight loss, I’m wearing jeans for the first time this year (live in leggings for the phone pocket) and they fit lovely even slightly loose! Last time I wore them they were a bit snug.

Re the packet chicken, I hope Tesco isn’t the same 🥺
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • Good morning all, thanks @maman for the point on the yoghurt, I prefer those to the bigger pots.
I'm toying with the idea of joining sw as I've manged to cancel my ww. I'm 9.11 1/2 this morning which I know isn't drastic but I'd like to be 9 1/2 ish. So I was thinking of joining ip mainly for the app as I don't want to keep hassling yous for syn values. I think I'd like to go to a group initially so I can get up to date books etc but i know I'll find it a bind in the long run. I know the lower limit is 7lb whic I could achieve with guidance so once at target is it free? Thanks x

That's a good idea @Mrbowie. You'll have to pay to join and weekly until you get 7lbs lower. After that, it's free provided you stay in the 6lbs target range (3lbs either side of target weight). You'd have to go to WI every 8 weeks to maintain access to the website and app. That's what I do and, as I haven't paid for ages, I'm not sure of the current costs but I'm sure others will advise.

Thanks @maman I'll probably do that, it will spur me on to lose then I won't need to attend weekly 🙂

It certainly works for me @Mrbowie although I know others prefer to weigh weekly to keep themselves on track. I choose not to weigh at home in between. For years I just went on how my clothes feel but recently my GP has installed a super scale, with a print out, in the surgery so I call in there now and then to check between official WIs.

Today could be the last roast at home for a while as it's likely the builders will disconnect the oven this week. ☹️

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
    L- ham (P), savoury rice (F, S), pickles and tomatoes (S)
    D- JO roast pork (P, S), SW roast potatoes (F). Veg (S)
Syns - HM gravy (4), weekend wine 😁

Forgot to say well done on your STS @TakeItEazy. 👍

Did you mean a phone pocket in your jeans? 🤔 That's a NSV getting into those comfortably.
