Amazing @bubbs. Feels good when you get into a smaller size.
Joe saw the consultant rather than a registrar today (for a change!). He has to continue with is eye drops every 2 hours during the way and ointment before bed and another appointment will be made for 4 months time. Was supposed to be 4 weeks this time and it was actually 7 weeks so suspect the 4 months will turn into 6!
DH hung the washing out as soon as it finished as I'd gone out to my waxing appointment; he then ended up having to get it back in while I was having my hair cut as it started raining while my hairdresser was here! Don't think he was too impressed!!!

Congratulations on the NSV @bubbs. That's a good feeling. 👍
It's not been straightforward for Joe with his eyes @joedenise but good that he saw the consultant.
I must have been distracted when I was shopping this week as I don't seem to have planned very well for veg. So tonight I was using up a bit of this and that but it turned out OK.
Also I checked on the website and the mackerel in mustard sauce which used to be free is now one syn. Not sure if they've changed the recipe (or how long I'd had the tin in the cupboard) but it pays to check.
Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- lentil soup (P, S), mackerel salad (P, S)
D- sausages, SW chips (F), stir fry veg, roast red onions (S)
Syns - mackerel 1, Aldi sausages 10 -
Morning all, it's bright and dry at the moment so I'm getting the bedding washed and will get out on the line after. It's forecast to rain later but hopefully I can get it dry before it does, otherwise it'll be onto the airer overnight! Definitely feels like winter is on the way as much colder this morning.
Still managing to stick to plan. Ended up on less than 15 syns yesterday, I think. I had 2 G&Ts 6; 4 water biscuits 4; 25g of Primula Light 2?
Today's plan:
B - cheese omelette
L - pasta with HM tomato sauce (trying to use up more of the tomatoes that seem to be taking over the fridge!)
D - sausage and bean casserole, potatoes
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - none planned again!
I jumped on the scales this morning and it's looking like lb loss which means I'm back in target range, so very happy - just hope it's the same tomorrow morning!!!
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Morning everyone, a 1lb loss, well just a tad over a 1lb but I'll call it a lb. Middle son lost just over 3lbs.
I'll take that as once again my whole system has come to a complete stop thanks to new medication this week, that is, I am blaming the medication but who knows, it could be the wonky brain or the wonky connective tissue doing it but what ever it is, it's blooming annoying. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

That's great @SingleSue. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 It could be your medication but losses can plateau after a while too. Shame it doesn't seem to apply to men! 🤔
WI for us both tomorrow @joedenise. I do hope that pound stays away for you🤞🏼. I'm hoping the SW scales weigh even lighter than the GP's.🤣
There's a programme on TV tonight about Kent that you and @Coxy11 might be interested in.
I changed the bed and managed to dry it all today. It's much colder here but there was sun and a breeze.
A light dinner tonight, I always try to do that the night before WI and have just cereal for breakfast.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F)
L- Spanish omelette (P,F,S), pickles (S)
D- veggie chilli (P,S), rice (F), cottage cheese (P)
