That's incredible @bubbs. I'll definitely be checking because I've always just assumed that, wherever I buy them, plain cooked meats will be free unless they've got skin on or marinated.
It's been bright here but I wasn't up early enough to know if there was a frost. 🤣
It's likely that this will be the last weekend I can use the oven so I'm taking advantage.

Morning all, sorry been AWOL this week and haven’t posted as it’s been a bit like ground hog day! A week of running around to hospital ,nurse, dental appointments with my parents and I discovered mother decided to change - read cancel - all her pharmacy arrangements after me only sorting them out once again last week 🙈 Hence no posts as I’d only moan.
Needless to say I didn’t go to class as I just couldn’t be bothered. I have stuck to plan and will continue to plod on.
A day to myself but it’s wet and miserable so will go for a quick walk then back to potter around and read my book 😉
Well done to all the losers and those away on holiday have a fab time! Ah! I might look at flights 😁
Hope everyone else is well and jogging along.
Dinner tonight is steak and chips with roasted veg. I’ll put stew in the slow cooker to keep DS happy tomorrow and have veg for a batch of lentil soup and broccoli and cauliflower. Think today is going to be busier than I thought 🤣

Yes the chicken is because it says in ingredients, oil, flavourings and skin!! I would have just picked that up an scoffed thinking it was free if i was out and hungry.
