Poor you @Coxy11. It really is time you had some better luck with everything.
I’ve STS this week.
Bit fed up but having a fish butter won’t have helped, nor will the fact that I’m pretty bunged up at the moment as I’ve been given codeine by the dr. Upping my fruit and veg to try get things moving but I might have to try some of the sugar free sweets - eeek!
3 more weigh ins till my hols. Really hoping it stays warm in Spain until we’ve been cos I feel like I really need some sun on my bones.
Im on my own this evening so I’ll be having my fave tea - Sw chips, egg and beans. I’ve also been using chia seeds as 1/2 my B choice this week and blimey, they fill you up.
Hoping for a better result next week.

Well today i did a mountain of ironing that had built up as just ben too busy!

Food 

I had a pear

Picky plate with ham, seafood sticks, beetroot , toms, pickled onions and 1 syn ltl mayo.

Sweet and sour for tea, with BNS chips, can't be bothered to make cauli rice 😂

Oh i got 2 cracking boxes from Lidl today , i'll post pics later when i put food on

Sorry to hear that you're under the weather @Coxy11. How long before your move? I don't think the stress of everything is helping.🤗

Personally, I always go back to group after a holiday gain and then pay until I'm back in target. As you know, I only go every 8 weeks usually and rarely pay so I think it's worth it. You could try going it alone though. It works for @joedenise. 

The sauce you made yesterday sounds like a variation on the garlic mushrooms @bubbs. I've done that with chicken, mushrooms and spring onions. It's delicious, the cheese goes a long way. 

Hope you managed to get out @maddiemay and walked a bit further. It's a long haul. 

Yesterday was lots of syns for me but I did enjoy my meal. Syns mainly in pastry (I had a mushroom and leek pie), mayo with prawn cocktail and I had wine. Today I'm back on plan with just a few syns for cornflour and any lamb fat I choose to eat. 😋

Today's plan - 
B- HEB toast, egg (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks 
L- JP (F), cottage cheese (P), salad (S) 
D- Lancashire hotpot (P, F, S), greens (S) 
Syns - 3?

😂😂😂i did think the same, the mini cucumbers there are 2 packs, and the shallot's 2 packs. There is an Aubergine which if it's still firm i'll put in SOTW basket, and 2 corn on the cobs i'll take and see if someone wants them as we don't like either
