That's great @bubbs. Congratulations on your loss. πππ
I'll get some soup for us and the food bank. π
I've had a SW breakfast (fry up) and a JP with prawns planned for lunch. We're going to the theatre tonight and there's a two course pre show supper included so no idea what it will be. π€0 -

Well done on your loss @bubbs π another pound off for me π
I have sunshine and when the breeze dies down itβs quite warm. Iβve spent the last four hours removing moss from the patio area next to the kitchen which Iβve badly neglected. Needless to say my back, knees and hands are feeling it! The larger paved area at the top of the garden needs done but Iβm already thinking Iβll get a quote for someone to do it.
Only myself to feed today so nice and easy - banana and coffee in group, bacon roll about an hour ago with more coffee and bolognaise defrosting for dinner. Β Away to soak my poor tired muscles πͺΒ0 -
Well done on your pound off @Jellybaby. πππ Sounds like all the weeding was good Body Magic. π
Last night's dinner was OK. They did a hot buffet for the main course so could pile up the veg! π I had salmon, new potatoes, carrots and a green medley of pak choi, beans and mange tout. The only syns would have been in the 'butter' they'd put on the veg. Then I had cheese and biscuits but shared a bottle of wine with 2 friends so probably about the same syns as a usual Friday.
It's been dry but overcast here today. I cleared the washing basket and dried it all. Unfortunately I had to wash bedding although I changed it a couple of days ago. My fault for spilling a cup of tea over the duvet! π€£

Have had a bug from hell. Eating has not been the best. Thought originally that it was a reaction to antibiotics. Hi everyone,
Iβm back from the latest stint of my JoGLE. We walked from Gloucester to Tiverton over 10 days. The last three days were long - 16, 17 and 17.5 miles respectively which nearly saw us off π
Food was mixed - we didnβt have a hot meal Thursday or Friday due to lack of anywhere to find something (pubs closed).ΒThank you @beanielou for the kind donation -
hope you feel brighter soon xxΒI have one week at work then off to Crete for an AI week.ΒWill WI tomorrow but expecting a gain!ΒCross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member π Read 25 books in 2025 17/25 Currently reading The Ghost Fields by Elly Griffiths0
