Morning all, another glorious day today.  DH is outside cleaning the motorhome before we go away for the weekend - it's the last clean it's likely to get before the winter!  Will need to drain down properly next week once we're back so that we don't get any water freezing in the pipes or taps/shower - all very expensive to replace!

Have sliced up some chicken to marinade for fajitas for tomorrow so that's in the fridge ready for tomorrow.  Started hoovering after DH traipsed in some mud but didn't manage to get the whole room done as the bloody thing ran out so now on charge.  Will hopefully charge up quite quickly so I can at least finish the living room this afternoon rather than leaving it!

I've portioned up the sausage and bean casserole and have put 3 x 2 portions into the freezer and there are another 2 portions for tonight's dinner.

    Today's plan:

    B - Weetabix, milk, strawberries
    L - sweet chilli noodles
D - sausage and bean casserole, mash (there's plenty of veg in it already!)

    HEA1 & 2 - milk
    HEB - Weetabix
Syns - Sweet chilli sauce 4.5; lolly 6

    Have a good day everyone.

Well done on your loss @SingleSue.👏👏👏 How much more would you like to lose? 🤔

Weather is looking good for the next few days @joedenise. It's been quite hot and muggy here today. Hope you have a lovely weekend. 😊

I'm assuming you already unpacked the fire and set it up @bubbs. It does look good. 👍

It's quite exhausting cooking a meal at the moment as I have to traipse from room to room collecting everything I need. The work hasn't been so dusty for the last couple of days but I still have to wash the kitchen down before I can start. Quite soon they'll be knocking through a new kitchen window and a doorway into the larder. I'm not looking forward to the mess.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
    L- JP (F), tuna (P), salad (S)
D- sausages, mash, LO gravy (F), lots of vegetables (S)
Syns - LTL mayo 1, Aldi sausages 1

I need another half a stone by surgery date (which is unknown at this point and could even be early next year), however my own personal target is a clothes size rather than a weight, I want to be a 14, I'm currently shrinking out of a size 18 and loving the feeling of the clothes being really loose without them actually falling down, when that starts to happen, I'll make the move down to a 16. Saying that, I can now remove my jeans without having to undo them first....

It's probably going to be another couple of stone (I was large large at the start of my SW journey), maybe a stone a half but I think I will target the 2 stone to have some breathing room for trips away or holidays.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Morning all,

Well done on your loss @SingleSue
    Enjoy your time away @joedenise
Good job you don’t live here @bubbs that fire would be on 🤣 saying that I think the forecast is for some sunshine and warmth the next few days 🎉🎉

Yesterday I met a friend (and her dog) for a walk, we got lost! No idea how far we went but out for nearly two hours so plenty body magic.  She made lunch which was delicious but not very SW friendly - butternut and chilli soup (veg was cooked in butter and coconut milk was added) with a sourdough cheese and onion toastie.

Grocery shopping later and whatever wee jobs the parents need me to do. We will probably have lunch out as this is the highlight of my dad’s week ! I’ll either have a baked potato with beans and salad or gammon steak.

Morning all, the good weather is continuing and forecast to be the same until Monday when it's expected to be showery - so we shall see!  We're not leaving until after lunch as the site doesn't open until 2pm and to be honest it's not worth arriving at opening time as there will likely be a queue of motorhomes and caravans trying to get in at the same time!

As I won't be around tomorrow to weigh I've jumped on the scales this morning and have lost 2.6lb after last weeks hiccup which I decided must have been water retention when 2lb of it came off the following day!  So really this week's loss is just over 1/2lb.  Now just lb away from top end of target range so should have time to shift that before we go on holiday in 2 weeks!  Will be checking in tomorrow.

Sounds like you got plenty of body magic yesterday @Jellybaby even if the food wasn't SW friendly!  As long as you enjoyed it that's all that matters.  You have to live life as it happens.  When you have no control over the food then it's definitely a case of Good when you can and careful when you can't!

    Today's plan:

    B - scrambled eggs, toast
L - fajita bowl with rice
    D - spag bol

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - probably a couple of G&Ts

There shouldn't be too many syns over the weekend as haven't got any wine so it will be spirits with diet mixers or soft drinks.

    Have a good day everyone.

Edit:  Change of plan we're not going until tomorrow as DH didn't get much sleep last night so doesn't feel up to driving that distance while he still feels tired.

Well done on your loss @joedenise.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 You were obviously right, that rogue gain must have been something as simple as water retention.

Sorry, you weren't able to get away today but it's another day 100% on plan so should help you lose that last pound.

You're well on course to meet the target weight for your surgery @SingleSue.👍🏼 Like you I had a dress size in mind rather than a specific weight. I wanted to be a 12 in a decent brand. I'm happy to wear a larger size in something cheap like Primark. When I started I was finding 16s tight.

I called into the surgery this morning to check my weight. Delighted to say that despite the various off plan meals out, I'm just (0.3lbs) over target and so well in range. 👍🏼  I've got two weeks until my next WI and just one meal out planned for tomorrow so I'm hoping all will be well.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F)
    L- cold pork (P), bubble & squeak (F,S), beetroot (S)
    D- Spaghetti Bolognese (P,S,F), HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns-0

Ended up not having any lunch at all as neither of us was hungry so we had the chicken fajita bowl for dinner instead.  Must say it was very tasty and we both really enjoyed it.

A very speedy day as we ended up buying a new Cadac - it's a bit bigger than I was expecting it to be but it was cheaper than the slightly smaller one and came with a good sized paella pan which will be good for things like curry and anything else that's a bit wet as well as rice dishes.  Pleased to say it fits in the motorhome where the very small BBQ we had used to go so that is now indoors.

Glad you're well inside your target range @maman.  Enjoy your meal out tomorrow.
