Morning all, that sounds painful for your DH @bubbs. Why does it always happen to a bad knee?
I have another machine load of washing on but think it will take a while to dry as there isn't a breath of wind today and although it's bright and warm it isn't sunny.
Today's plan:
B - fry up (DH decided he wanted bacon so we've cut back the sausages to 1 instead of 2 and will have bacon as well!)
L - corned beef and tomato sandwich (we ended up not having the hash last night as didn't fancy anything)
D - Fakeaway KFC, chips, corn on the cob, beans
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - sausage 1; corned beef 2; chips 4
Probably won't get on tomorrow as we're off to Tractorfest! Hope the ground isn't too uneven as DH will have a bit of a problem walking if it is but it was him that wanted to go so we'll see. We'll have a fry up before we leave but no idea what we'll have for lunch or even how long we'll be out.
Have a good day everyone.

Well done @TakeItEazy for your 2lb loss.
Both celery and bean sprouts freeze OK. Celery I would just chop and open freeze and then chuck in handfuls when you make soup or stew. The beansprouts need to be stir fried from frozen. I always freeze in half bags as that's plenty for 2 of us.

Morning all, still cold and very windy here 🤣
Enjoy Tractorfest! @joedenise
Fab loss 🎉🎉 @TakeItEazy target in sight will keep you motivated. Keep 💃💃💃 think of the body magic 😀
I gained 1.5 not ideal but better than I thought it was going to be. I’m going to complete a food diary and hand it in. We had Woman of the Year and hearing the stories was quite emotional but inspiring too. I hope to have some travel plans at the end of the year which I’ll share when sorted but this too is making me focus as I want to be at target - very do-able if I get my head in gear.
Today’s food:
B - banana and coffee at group
L - ham salad roll HEXB, 1 tbsp salad cream 2, strawberries and mango
D - spaghetti bolognaise, Parmesan HEXA
Other HEXA used for coffee. Off to Lidls to see if I can find any veg boxes 👀0 -
