Morning all, sitting here listening to the rain battering on the windows 😭 and it’s shopping day with mother, we’ll all get soaked!

Great bargains @bubbs wish my company shop wasn’t as difficult to get to.

We have a taster in group, will need to think of something to make.

    Today’s food:
    B - fruit and Kvarg 0.5
    L - baked potato, l/over chilli, salad
D - gammon steak, potatoes, roasted veg

If all goes to plan will have HEXB and plenty syns left if I want a supper.

    Have a good day everyone.

Tried one more TGTG bag but from Aldi (not had before) was quite impressed! 2 packs of ham trimmings, 2 packs chestnut mushrooms, tender stem broccoli, loaf of ancient grain bread, cheese & onion pastry slices (son will eat)  2 packs of cauliflower cheese (not sure what to do with these as no one will eat), 2 packs of celery stalks & pack of crumpets. All looked fresh too. Ordered 2 more for today so hopefully similar content. MUCH better than the bag of bread from morries!

Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

It's dull and overcast here @Jellybaby, hope you didn't get too wet on the shopping trip. Well done for getting back on plan.

The TGTG bag sounds much improved @TakeItEazy. There's quite a lot in there that's SW friendly. I like the Aldi ham trimmings but I find they don't keep long once opened but with three of you, should be able to polish it off.

It's chaotic here with the builders everywhere. We were out walking this morning and they should leave within the hour🤞🏼. I want to get fresh bedding out but can't get near the airing cupboard as there's a plumber in the way!

When I was clearing out a kitchen cupboard, I found a tin of M&S stewed steak so going to have that tonight to use it up.

    Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F)
    L- JP (F), prawns (P), salad (S)
D- stewed steak (P), mash with spring onions, peas (F,S), cauli and broccoli (S)
    Syns- LTL mayo 1
