Well im back nill by mouthI had a gum infection 3 weeks ago, between that and the antibiotics I barely ate and of course gained a ruddy pound - as you do, So me being me , when the pain left me I ate around myself - and lost the pound lol. So I know I had to be good this week and lol and behold, gob is pure agony again, not had a bite in two days bar two lukewarm scrambled eggs last night, and Im ready for the funny farm with the pain. Dentist tomorrow - praying theres something that can be done as its a HUGE birthday in 2 weeks and lots planned and I cant be a misery gutsBubbs , great results with the boxes, Ours are £2.50, rare as hens teeth and not really worth bothering with, usually full of spuds
Maman, keep with the body magic, I got my platinum not so long ago. - seeing as I never get slimmer of the week or anything, Ill take whatever shining star is going lol. I do have to often manually add the times, my app for my watch doesnt link with SW and I dont always take my phone
Beanielou, since I hit target I have paid once for a six week countdown and Im refusing to pay again cos Im tightMind it does keep me focussed, I do have eat everything in sight days and whilst Im not tracking or even syn - ing, Im ultra aware and keep an eye and keep as close as I can to top of range . Thats why I still go weekly even though I only kind of follow the plan, so I keep focussed and keep it tight
This STAYING slim and healthy isnt easy for sure0 -

Stay safe @bubbs x
Nowt worse than tooth/gum pain @weekendsaway - well done for staying in target - wish I could!!
Our consultant is unexpectedly away this weekend and has asked the social team to run both sessions. I was on both sessions Pay anyway as my wing-woman is away and we will do a quiz instead of IT (provided by consultant) but members of the team are getting to the hall for 6:30am 😳 I won’t be!

And as we were taling she said " I hadnt blah blah for a year" And that is what does me in, Those foodstuffs I have had to cut because I can not control the intale. Crisps and white bread, Preferably with at least a quarter pack of butter . I miss this. These are the foods I kid myself I can eat. But I cant,0 -
Morning, I've sympathy for you on the gum pain @weekendsaway I've scraggy back tooth that was 2/3rds a filling which has corroded and now left with just the jaggy tooth, the gum seems inflamed so I'm on salt water washes at the moment and avoiding crunchy food. On a plus I was 9 9 1/2 this morn, which has spurred me on. Keep safe @bubbs and all of you x0

Morning all, another nice day here so have a machine load of washing in the machine which I'll get out on the line to dry shortly.
Stay safe @bubbs. Hope things didn't get too horrendous near you and everything has now calmed down and not too much damage done. Hopefully the thugs will get arrested - it seems that most of the thugs aren't even from the areas where they're rioting - Rent a Thug as DH calls them.
Today's plan:
B - scrambled eggs and spinach, toast
L - stuffed peppers
D - pork steak, new potatoes, air fryer courgettes, green beans and peas
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - none planned
Have a good day everyone.0 -
Well @beanielou apparently 'the Group' can run however it decides apparently. Some members of the ST were approached last week about this coming week's meeting and said they could run it - I had already left so wasn't part of the conversation. One of those approached is not even around to help this weekend!
All equipment, passwords, float etc are being dropped off on Friday with a ST colleague who will start setting up in the hall at 6.30am. The soonest I will get there is 7.15am as usual and I'll be starting at 7.30am as advertised rather than letting folk pay and go early like the consultant does. I already get up at 6am on a Saturday which is earlier than a work day.
I have now lost access to the app as haven't weighed lately. After this weekend I won't be back in group until 21 September due to my JoGLE hike and our trip to Crete covering 4 Saturdays. My food is 90% on plan atm which I'm cool with but like @weekendsaway I do find it galling that sliding into old habits is hard. I have been running more regularly and managed a 5k PB last night - the weather was warm but due to some afternoon rain it felt quite fresh. Was buzzing when I got home
@bubbs can you post a recipe for the pork pie please? TIA xCross-stitch WIP: Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 11/25 Currently reading The Cliff House by Amanda Jennings0
