teapot2 said:I find that frustrating too. I've been 1lb above the next stone down for weeks now and I think psychologically it would be really helpful to just lose that lb and be down a bracket but its not shifting. My scales seem to be accurate and it doesn't matter which kind of floor surface I have them on.
Strangely, my clothes are definitely looser but thats not reflected on the scales 🤔🤔🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️[not complaining re looser clothes btw]
It is very frustrating. Well done on the clothes being looser though!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee2 -
How annoying about the scales. Stupid batteries 😭
I’ve been going up and down the same pound for ages, but also seem to have looser clothes, so maybe the steps are paying off. I don’t know the answer to the weight. I really need another stone off, but this one pound is confounding me 😖Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

It's very frustrating isn't it. It's good that your clothes are looser, so obviously changes are happening. Sometimes I think we get obsessed about a certain number, and should really focus on health instead. Eating well and doing the exercise is more important than a number on the scale. However, I do clearly need to reduce the number on the scales as well!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hiiii I have just seen this thread and thought I'd join in. Like many of you I keep yo-yoing my weight and really need to get my head back in the game. I'm paying for a gym membership I don't use but am locked in for another 10 months. I used it alot when first got it then hurt my back so had to stop going and now in the hot weather getting in and out of gym clothes is last thing I want to do. Putting a sports bra on is a mission without being hot and sweaty before you've even exercised 🤣🤣
I need to stop making excuses as I feel better and it helps my shoulder pain when I build muscle. Can someone give me a kick up the butt please?*Dad loan - £5300 - £7200
*Virgin Credit Card - £3552.50 - £0
*Natwest - £1828.35 -£0.00
