Welcome to you MM, you never know they may have nice salad things? Anything that someone else has cooked is a win.

Thanks! They have lovely salads and fruit which I’m partaking lots of. Sadly they have lots of lovely wine too 😂😂😂😂
Not going mad though, and I know I’ll step back from it once I’m home 🏠

Could I join please…..I’m getting older and definitely moving up the scales! I got under the dreaded stone bracket just before I came away (back next Thursday) so hoping I at least remain the same despite the All Inclusive restaurants here!

I joined the gym for the first time in years in July after deciding to prioritise myself after 12 years and have really enjoyed body pump - 3 times a week at least.

Want to be fit and healthy, brack in my old sized clothes by Christmas - not getting too het up with the scales but like that it now starts with a 9, psychologically. Don’t be impressed, I’m only 5ft! 😂😂😂😂

I tried my scales this morning and they still think I'm 30lb down.  I know I have a lot to lose, but I think I'd notice if I was 2st lighter!!  Maybe there was a huge shift in gravity when we finally got our bathroom done :D

I had a better day eating yesterday which is good.  I like 'proper' food, but I hate cooking and just can't be bothered when I'm busy.  I don't really know how to get around that.

Could you batch cook the food you like and then freeze in portions so all you need to do is get it out the freezer the night before and reheat when you're ready to eat.  If you really hate cooking then the slow cooker comes into it's own with just a bit of prep and chuck it all in!

I do use the slow cooker, and agree it's worth it's weight in gold, but I don't use it enough so that's a good idea.  I should do some batch cooking, but we don't have a lot of spare freezer space.  I could try and empty a drawer.  Thank you :)

You could try moving them to the kitchen…if you are still 30lb’s down…then woohoo 🥳

You are all cracking me up. I haven’t had the best of weeks what with DS moving & one of my good friends dad dying suddenly.
I have forced myself to do half a hour of decluttering. If I popped my clogs tomorrow my DS would have a blooming problem.
