I joined the gym for the first time in years in July after deciding to prioritise myself after 12 years and have really enjoyed body pump - 3 times a week at least.Want to be fit and healthy, brack in my old sized clothes by Christmas - not getting too het up with the scales but like that it now starts with a 9, psychologically. Don’t be impressed, I’m only 5ft! 😂😂😂😂MM
xEnjoy your holiday! Well done on the gym and good luck with it.

I tried my scales this morning and they still think I'm 30lb down. I know I have a lot to lose, but I think I'd notice if I was 2st lighter!! Maybe there was a huge shift in gravity when we finally got our bathroom done
I had a better day eating yesterday which is good. I like 'proper' food, but I hate cooking and just can't be bothered when I'm busy. Could you batch cook the food you like and then freeze in portions so all you need to do is get it out the freezer the night before and reheat when you're ready to eat. If you really hate cooking then the slow cooker comes into it's own with just a bit of prep and chuck it all in!2

You are all cracking me up. I haven’t had the best of weeks what with DS moving & one of my good friends dad dying suddenly.I have forced myself to do half a hour of decluttering. If I popped my clogs tomorrow my DS would have a blooming problem.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters.
