Well, I haven't posted for a while but this burst of hot weather has been an eye opener as last summers linen is all a little too tight and I'm wearing my two pairs of tue waist trousers on rotation. No idea why as I am still eating fairly clean and low (perhaps too low) and moving reasonably.
anyway trying again.I used to really well when I hit my 10k steps per day on the old Zip pedometer, but I don't carry my phone round and I hate the bulky fruity watch that I inherited from Mr Redo. I may be able to find the old F1tbit (if they still work) but otherwise I may fritter on a new simple step counter if any one has any suggestions?Trying to hit the half veg for every plateful again and being mindful of my drink my calories tendency. How is everyone else doing? My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

I am best friends with a pound…every time I drop it, it comes racing back😖 I just can’t get any lower! Anyhow,I was on holiday last week (not away) and that never helps, so today I’m going to be very strict in my weighing and counting to see if I can jettison it again and then hopefully start my yo yo love affair with the next pound down 🤭

Please may I join the team? I read this thread through a few weeks ago and bookmarked it only to find it had become dormant!
I'm a bit of an "expert" serial dieter with the elusive stone to lose. This time last year I was on holiday in Croatia at my ideal weight having dieted and exercised to reach it so it can be done. That naughty stone has gradually crept back and the last few pounds have been rapid over the past few weeks. No excuses. I have been piggy and not exercised properly so back to calorie counting tomorrow (today is my birthday so last chance to be a pig!) and have booked onto a legs, bums and tum class at the gym.
