Weight loss and healthy eating for a debt free life

@debtfreewannabe321 i don’t think you’re making excuses.
I think it’s better I persist with getting fitter and eating more healthily, sleeping better, reducing inflammation triggers and fight / flight response etc that is a foundation for me then going on to lose weight, after I’m stable and happy. I’m not not doing anything, or putting it off, I’m pacing the process step by step. Could it be the same for you?KK

Morning @debtfreewannabe321 , the gym toning sounds perfect. Little and often and you'll get to where you want to be. I've put on a good 2 stone in recent years and hitting size 16. I'd be happy to be back into a 12/14 and just back into my old clothes. Well done on the gym! What a difference it makes not having pain.

Happy Sunday Morning folks.
Pleased to report back on the wagon after the mini break Thurs/Fri. At one point on Friday the inner voice was saying "eat me" to two kitkats I brought home from the hotel but was glad I didn't. Its this kind of thing that has derrailed me before and this year I am determined it has to change for my health & wellbeing.

I am busy demonstrating the truth that is 'can't out walk poor food choices' but my flexibility is improving.
Soon be cycling weather, and I determined not to be whining that my legs hurt.

As the weather warms up I'm hoping to get out for walks a bit more often.
I'm managing to maintain my weight at just under 80kg so pleased with this as work and life have been a bit full on lately but do want to lose another 10kg. The gym has closed the swimming pool for a 3 month refurb and I had a good routine of going 3 mornings a week so will be happy if I can maintain my weight until it reopens and if I lose any more, rhat would be a bonus!
Onwards and upwards, well downwards hopefully! Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend
