I wasn't planning on doing this until next week when I had a bit more time on my hands, but just got my application in before the midnight deadline (and £25 of pending cashback
).
I don't actually qualify for the incentive (not that that's ever stopped me) as I got one a few years ago, but never any harm in trying.0 -

I'm taking a wild guess that they don't process applications on a sunday and monday was a bank holiday.
I'll wait and see what happens this week before contacting them
no email or text this morning as well0 -
Ordered my switch last week. Just got the paper work through with my debit card, has anyone had to send them some paper work back? It’s the only bank I’ve had to sign stuff and send stuff back to them.0

It’s the only bank I’ve had to sign stuff and send stuff back to them.I think that is just for your records. Probably the same doc that they use if you did the switch in person.I got a follow up letter in the post which again refers to the switch and has my bank details of the account I’m switching from.0

I reckon that paperwork is simply a duplicate record of the two accounts in question for customer information. It wasn't at all made clear when received by post last week.So I just completed, signed and dated it all and returned in the mail.........in case it was required.Email arrived this morning - switching process all completed, so I doubt it was required.0

Would be interested to know how quickly in reality anyone gets their switching bonus. I know it says 60 days to check and can then be another 30 days, but would be nice if sooner!0

I applied on the first day. I'm sure we will all be shouting up when it comes!2
