    RBS declined my application.

    Ulster is still ongoing (got a message from Monzo saying they've heard I'm switching and given me a switch date of 27.02.24) but not heard from Ulster since passing verification

    Are they picky or just that your not in Scotland

    They didn't give a reason. I've appealed so many or not find out

    Hi.  I've started the switch with RBS and a text message which appears to be from RBS saying that they will text me to get some information from a 'secure mobile' number.
    I then received another text message from a mobile number asking for by DOB....
    Has anyone else had this experience?  I may have to wait on the RBS helpline to get a confirmation but thought I'd check here in case it's happened to everyone!

    I then received another text message from a mobile number asking for by DOB....
    I don't know which is worse, asking customers to send this information by text message or using it as proof they are texting with the correct person.
