When the public consultation starts soon, I want to do a mass contact of wronged landowners, retailers, etc. to encourage them to answer & tell the MHCLG how a PPC has ruined their business and taken away repeat custom.

Re the WS: you do have a whole list of exhibits to use in the resource thread I mentioned. I also explain there how to do this stage.

This company has caused heaps of problems with their sneaky tactics for staff at both stores as the public has no one else to confront. it used to be a man on the ground then a man on a moped then cameras and now they have removed some cameras. I couldn't read the signage as its approx 15ft high and i don't have bionic vision.  However as i have said this happened in 29/05/2023.

You need to provide your own WS because you are witness number one 

Your bundle includes your WS plus Evidence,  some of the exhibits are other cases or government documents etc, as coupon mad explained in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  second post,  so look at the exemplars in the cases where she gives out members names, study what they wrote and included. She reiterated the mantra earlier in the following thread

There are usually examples in the discontinuations thread by Umkomaas,  so look at those recent cases for examples too. Start at the end with the latest cases to see what they did, if they did  )

Your WS bundle should be under 50 pages and emailed to the local court you chose,  and CC the lawyers ( not the parking company,  ) some cases dont use lawyers in which case you email the bundle to the parking company direct 

So normally it's emailed to the court and to the lawyers acting on behalf of the actual parking company,  before the deadline given in your court order above,  but if no lawyers were used,  copy in the litigation department at UKPC instead

Thank you all,  I understand all of the above but i was hoping for a comment on the draft that i did above. I know what i have to do with the documents and will drop to court tomorrow and post to the solicitor acting on behalf of the parking company.  Thank you for all the man hours you put into answering questions for anyone that finds themselves in this predicament.  Personally i think the court will make me pay and the judge will say TAKE HER DOWN !!! i am ironing my orange boiler suit in preparation.
