just about to post off to the parking company and i know each party must send each other documents on which that party intends to rely on. Does this also include the initial defence document that generated the court hearing? Thanks in advance. I have already emailed the court with all documents.0

Ideally use email not post , or both
The CNBC sent a copy of the defence and claim form to your local civil court, so no you dont need to
I suggest that you add UKPC to the thread title too2 -

Copy in their litigation team when you email your WS to your local court.
Nothing goes to the Northampton CNBC.
And no - none of that extra wording can slap you in the face.
how do you know this bit?have you done this before?
Just a few hundred thousand times in 17 years here. And I'm helping the Government to shape the statutory regulations coming in this year. We know what we're doing.

Everything is on this forum. I found it in ten seconds; this one is like yours - a claim sent direct from UKPC - and states their claims team email (and it was discontinued...):

As above, these email addresses have usually been posted numerous times on this forum, especially for Legal companies and for companies doing their own in-house litigation like Parking Eye, SIP , CEL etc1
