YIPPPPEEEEEEEE!!!! Thank you sooo much for your super quick reply, you are the best !!! yes as its only my final draft i have names and addresses to add and various bits. i have copied from someone else and for the life of me i cannot find it again. I will post out today to the court and the parking company as i don't remember them appointing a separate solicitor. Is there still a chance they may decide to not attend? and all the bumf points after my background, which i don't really understand will this slap me back in the face?2

Add the above point too. They can't say a charge was overdue the day before!Coupon-mad said:trying to claim interest from the day BEFORE the parking event
I see it was in 2023. Also that this is a rare UKPC in-house claim which they have seemingly stopped doing now, we think, and no case I can recall has got to a hearing! Hopefully it'll be discontinued.
Copy in their litigation team when you email your WS to your local court.
Nothing goes to the Northampton CNBC.
And no - none of that extra wording can slap you in the face.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD3 -
Sort out the adjustments and errors etc, ensuring that it's under 50 pages, adding your digital signature too
Email to your local nominated civil court and CC in ukpc litigation team too ( so Email only )
Lets hope that they don't pay the court fee to your local civil court, and instead they discontinue3 -

just about to post off to the parking company and i know each party must send each other documents on which that party intends to rely on. Does this also include the initial defence document that generated the court hearing? Thanks in advance. I have already emailed the court with all documents.0

Ideally use email not post , or both
The CNBC sent a copy of the defence and claim form to your local civil court, so no you dont need to
I suggest that you add UKPC to the thread title too2
