If you go to the hearing like we recommend, the judge may ask you questions, or might not, only the judge would know on the day1

Was their WS late?justfedup23 said:A load of paper work came with the email too. Loads of points, a bit like mine to them. Thank you for your quick response. I am hoping it just ends. Is it out of my hands now and i should not expect any questions directed at me? thanks1 -
I don't know. I just received the email back from them with all the WS and other documents. The court date is next week 7th.1

I will be going to the hearing as i had intended. Thanks0

Your court order tells both sides what the WS deadline is, or was, but typically it's 2 or 4 weeks before the hearing date , so a week before seems very late to me. Something you should bring up at the start of the hearing, if it goes ahead1

yes and i will check that right away. Thanks1

hi Gr1, yes late. The paperwork is dated 23rd June and the email letter is dated the 24th June. Thank you0

Hi Gr1, Just had a delivery of the 88 page document for court on Monday. I have not received any information not to attend court so i assume the Judge will go through this paperwork and rule accordingly, the lateness of documents to court and also to myself probably will not make any difference at all. Thank you in advance.0

That's the standard joint bundle. Saves you printing it!justfedup23 said:Hi Gr1, Just had a delivery of the 88 page document for court on Monday. Why do you assume their late WS won't matter? Nothing has changed. It DOES matter. Some judges would consider striking their WS out.
Raise it as a preliminary matter at the start.
Get to court half an hour early to get through security and do not speak to their rep about the case outside the courtroom. Polite "no"!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
